THE FILTERS ARE NOT SEALED
Having used these Cat Mate filters for years, they now come unsealed and in an unsealed box. There is no control over contamination.
They were delivered in a box with powdered bleach and household supplies and you expect my cat to drink water filtered through them. No thanks.
Closer pets / Catmate are completely unconcerned, at least seal the box. They laughingly say that individual seals have been removed for the environment forgetting that the filters contain 1,000 times more un-recyclable plastic as they have no recycling logo. I have returned my purchase will not be buying again.

Voor 5 maaltijden staat in beschrijving…
Voor 5 maaltijden staat in beschrijving maar je kunt er maar 4 instellen, 1 bak is open.
Kat sleept met de bak door het huis en heeft het een keer ook open kunnen krijgen.
Katten rennen gefrustreerd op hun bakken af telkens als ze t geluid horen van het open gaan van de bakken.
En ten slotte....de opening voor eet bakjes zijn echt veels te klein voor volwassen katten waardoor ze heel gefrustreerd bij hun eten proberen te komen en huid van hun oren beschadigen hierdoor.
Ik heb er spijt van dat ik deze gekocht hebt maar moest t eerst uitproberen en kan niet meer retour ook omdat de hele bovenkant bekrast is door de katten.
Jammer omdat dit een voederbak is die wel een beetje betaalbaar is.
Registratie moest binnen 14 dagen, ik had meer tijd nodig om uit te proberen. Nu dus helaas maar 1 ipv 3 jaar garantie!

Al onze producten worden verkocht met 3 jaar garantie vanaf de datum van aankoop (Pet Fountain Pump 1 jaar). Volgens de garantievoorwaarden vervangen wij, naar eigen goeddunken, een product in geval van problemen die voortkomen uit materiaal- of fabricagefouten, mits u een aankoopbewijs kunt overleggen.
Graag sturen wij u een kopie van uw aankoopbewijs en uw volledige postadres, zodat wij u een vervangend product kunnen toesturen.
U kunt het aankoopbewijs als bijlage meesturen in een e-mail naar help@closerpets.co.uk

Imposible to change battery black screen
When whe change the battery of Closer pet 350 nothing show on screen i see on your web site we have to remove the battery 3h i do it nothing show on screen i try factory reset nothing we can’t change the battery of this product ???

Sensor-kattenluik werkt prima!
Kattenluikje met sensor wat mijn moeder voor haar kat gekocht heeft is niet bepaald goedkoop(ruim 60,- Euro)
Maar....
Het werkt als een trein.
2x bleek de kat van de buren binnen gekomen te zijn maar dat bleek te zijn gekomen doordat de batterijen van het luik leeg waren.
Nieuwe erin gedaan, nu werkt hij weer!👍🏽👍🏽

Chatière parfaite
Chatière parfaite il faut juste ne pas se tromper de sens comme j'ai fait... la porte du chat se met sur le mur extérieur de la maison. Il faut juste passer la main à l'intérieur de la chatière pour régler les entrées et sorties.

Meine bestellte Katzenklappe war leider defekt. Fehler können passieren in der digitalen Welt. Fünf Sterne für die sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung und Lösung. Die Reklamation wurde sofort bearbeitet. Nachdem klar war dass etwas mit der Elektronik nicht stimmen kann, hat man mir sofort Ersatz zugesagt. Ich muss die defekte Klappe auch nicht einschicken. Ich bin sehr begeistert von dem Kundenservice, den man hier bietet. Ist leider nicht selbstverständlich heut zu Tage. PS die erste Katzenklappe funktionierte einwandfrei. Ich bin damit sehr zufrieden. Ich kaufe bestimmt wieder Produkte und werde die Firma uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
