I never received my package. I kept getting bogus tracking numbers that when I called about the tracking numbers, they said the package was delivered, but it was delivered to a different address. It was someone else’s package. This is the bogus ass company and you will never receive your package they keep sending you emails about the Trump custom passing at customs and all this junk took over a month and a half to realize I was not gonna receive a package this company is so bogus.

Do not trust this company. I ordered face cream. It never arrived. I notified them, through email. They did not provide a customer service telephone number. They refused to resend another one nor refund my credit card. I would not recommend this company ever. Shop somewhere else or in our own county only.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would.
I took almost 6 weeks for me to actually receive this rip off Chinese made product.
I ordered what I thought was an organic Tallow product by Terra Lotus. This ripoff company -Clockwisek used the exact same promo and pictures - just removing the name Terra Lotus so; unless one looked closely, you would think it was what I had seem many times in my searches. I shame on me but they are no less that criminals. About 10 days after I ordered, I got an email saying my product was in Portugal in customs. WHAT?? Why would a US made product be shipping form Portugal? I immediately contacted the company and asked them to cancel my order. They responded with these irritating emails saying to be patient and my order would arrive soon. I asked numerous times where the product was made and asked for my money back and to cancel. They never once responded directly to my questions. I wrote about 20 emails to them and never got an honest answer of an apology. They are such rip off artists and care nothing of customer service. They lied and ripped off the promo in their false ads and promoted a Chinese made NON ORGANIC product which I would NEVER dare use on my skin. May hell rain down on these liars.

Do not ever order from this company. I have been waiting for over a month and keep requesting refunds for products that I still have yet to receive. There is no customer service. I ordered February 23rd and it is now April 3rd and I still have not received my product. They will not give me a refund and they keep telling me that it is on its way. Never ever ever purchase from this company UPDATE! I FINALLY RECEIVED MY PRODUCT HERE US THERE SOLUTION!!

Looks nice and adds charm to my space, quality feels solid considering the reasonable price.

DO NOT buy from clock wisek! I have waited greater than 2 months for 2 hats I ordered & paid for! They only answer emails by saying “it is in route, be patient” I asked for a refund and was told they can’t give refund because items have shipped!! They stole $43.00 from me.

I ordered a curved skirt/leggings hangar sets (2 of them). Customer Service would not respond to my request that the price increased from the time I was ordering until I came back to my laptop 10 minutes later by about $8.00.
The company is located in Ireland and of course it would be expensive to return and they don't want it back anyway.
They are the cheapest, worst things I've ever bought on-line. They said I requested my payment go thru PayPal and that's a lie. I hate that company and its billionaire owner so I avoid that. They want to use PayPal because they get paid right away.
The only way we will get them off advertising on Facebook and other places is to place these complaints loud and clear. AVOID CLOCKWISEK at all costs! It also took over 3 weeks to get here.

1. The product is of inferior quality and not as described in their marketing material
2. While their website descrbes a return/refund policy, they have repeatedly refused to initiate a return/refund.
3. They said I would have to return the item to China at my cost, and instead offered me $2 and then $3 (when I paid $49.99 for the product).
4. My emails to their customer support now says that their records show that the product was delivered and they simply are ignoring my request to return the product and get a refund.
5. I have opened a dispute charge with my credit card company as I believe this company is extremely suspect and would recommend you proceed with extreme caution.

A fraud! My bad for falling for their advertising.
The quality of the material is awful. The description is NOT at all what I received, like cheep sweat shirt material with some kind of fleece inside and the stitching etc. Like others, I received it about one month after ordering.
The only thing positive…( they kept you informed of tracking… what customs department it has arrived at!) Not USA made
And they want me to pay for the return!!!

This company is downright a fraud. When I placed an order for 4 two/piece outfits before Christmas my card was charged more than what the total was. Total was $119.00 and they charged my card $149.00. Then it took 4 1/2 weeks to receive 1 of the 2 piece outfits which was stained and not of the material advertised. I still have yet to receive any other items. When dealing with their customer service, they are negotiating “compensation “ . They started with $12.00 and over a few days they are up to $25.00. They won’t give me their address so tat I can return the stained outfit, saying “shipment would be very expensive.”, and I still have never received the other 3 2 piece outfits. They tell me there is no discrepancy with there “warehouse “!, whatever that means? I warn you NOT to order ANYTHING from this company….a complete scam!

Zero stars! Ordered December 9 and still waiting for the items. AWFUL company. Their “support” team is ridiculous and no help. Requested a refund with no response.

Scammers. I ordered a tracksuit and was charged on my PayPal even though I used my credit card. The charge was for a higher amount and was from a tech company in China. Had to shut down my pay pal account and credit card.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! The whole thing is a total scam. What I ordered was of the cheapest quality material I've ever seen and the sizing was horrible. I reached out to customer service to get a refund and they asked me to see if someone else I knew could use it because to return it would be costly for me. I just my money back!! Didn't happen....RUN!!

My review will be the same as many other reviews. Do not order clothing from this company! I ordered a two piece casual outfit that took a month to receive and when I finally did receive it, the quality was terrible! The worst part is trying to return it. I e-mailed customer service requesting to return the items and receive a refund. Their response was that the "return fee" to China would cost too much and offered me $4 for an outfit I paid $39.99 for. I let them know that was unacceptable and wanted to be refunded for the amount I paid for it. I received a reply offering me $6 and told me to give it to a family member or friend. This truly is a scam and I recommend never purchasing from them! If there was an option for zero stars that is what I would have rated them.

I would give a zero if possible. Ordered a two piece lounge set. Arrived and looked like a school home ec project. Fabric was inferior, seems puckered .... could go on. Was told by the company because they sent what I ordered, they would not refund "per the rules." Clearly China. They did offer a refund in $4 increments capped at $12. My apologies to Good Will for the crappy donation.

Live and learn. I rarely shop online, especially from unknown sellers and I didn't do my due diligence prior to placing an order with this sham of a company. Well, my $39 sweat suit arrived 3 weeks later and was of the absolute poorest quality and workmanship, and was nothing like the ad on their website. When I emailed their customer service I was told to send photos, I did, and they promptly denied my request for a full refund and offered me $4 US dollars instead. HA! I googled their name only to learn that they are a complete sham and a fraudulent operation. I'll donate the goods. Again, live and learn.

Horrible quality. Impossible to get an answer for a return. Total Scam. Do not even make same mistake I made.

Very poor quality and no customer service. I offered cents on the dollar to keep and donate the items. When I insisted to return the items, they sent me an address in South Korea, although the items shipped from Chicago. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
