I’ve never had any problems with Morrisons Clinic. Everything has always arrived on time and the service has been really helpful whenever I’ve needed it. The whole process has been straightforward and reliable. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

I’ve found the service from Morrisons Clinic to be life changing. Registering with them in December 2025 was fairly straightforward and easy, with my first dose of Mounjaro arriving within 3 days. I’ve now lost 30kg (23% of my starting body weight) and found them to be easy to deal with, supportive, quick & reliable deliveries and provide good value bundles.

I have had wonderful service from the word go . I filled in my details , straight away I was told they had been received and will be reviewed by there Doctor and they would let me know in 3 days . And on the 3rd day as promised they let me know that it was successful and within 6 days I received my medication. You get 10/10 from me .

Every step of the way I have felt supported and listened to.
I was very worried about getting something so expensive delivered through the post. One day my parcel was marked as delivered but wasn’t at my house and the picture provided was clearly not my house. The Morrisons staff were amazing. I was so upset about such an expensive item going missing and they were so reassuring, spoke to the mail company immediately and sorted out my issue. They were so friendly and kind. Although it’s not the cheapest it’s definitely reliable

I found Morrisons to be really straightforward no complications at all.they said it would arrive in the next few days and it came the next day.no problems.

I have been using Morrisons Clinic since about May 2025. Any issues I have had have always been dealt with very quickly and no problems contacting them or getting replies. I have now lost 5 stone 6 pounds and am extremely happy with the all round service. Would recommend 👌.

So easy to deal with and customer service was excellent when I needed to call them.

I have felt completely confident in the service and support that I’ve had via the Morrisons clinic. I had to call a couple of times with questions and was either answered immediately or somebody got straight back to me. When I went up a dose and it didn’t suit me. They were fully supportive of me going back at dose where I have settled back very comfortably. I would recommend them.

Order quickly came well packed could ask for more

I was sent 1.5mg daily dise for 1 month along with 4mg daily for second month without finding out first if I wanted to increase dose.
I messaged, rang and emailed asking to stay on lower dose as was doing well on it.
Was told they had removed blocker on on line platform which would enable me to change dose.
It didn't work, several on line chats later, then emails saying I had new messages (no messages appeared).
On line platform us dire.
I have now gone with Asda.....assessed,prescribed and I picked up myself from pharmacy, all within two hours.

Wish I could give it no stars, awful company. Wegovy injection was in Transit for 4 days and they couldn't of cared less. It was a very hot weekend and the pen was out of cold storage for 4 days, it was meant to be 24 hour delivery. The MHRA said it was only regarded as safe for 3 days out of cold storage chain but Morrisons disagreed refusing to refund and saying we had to use it. They were rude, dismissive and spoke over you when we rang to say it still hadn't arrived. They refused to pass me to a pharmacist to seek advice so god help you if you have a problem with the injection they won't let you speak to a pharmacist. It seems every Tom, d*ck and Harry are setting up to sell these diet pens as there is obviously a lot of money in it and they don't give a stuff about the safety aspect of it just want your money and couldn't careless. I would strongly suggest you use another pharmacy which has better customers service and proper pharmacist on hand to speak to if you have a problem.

Went through order eligibility process and was unable to provide identity details as was away. £89 was deducted from my account without even placing an order. This I clearly a scam!
Tried to contact them but make it almost impossible to get resolve.
Do not use this scam site! All bad reviews! It’s some scamming pharmacy using Morrisons name to gain credibility!

Had to give one star as no facility to rate ZERO,!!!!

Ordered 1.5 Wegovy tablets 1 st August.

Still mot recieved.

Contacted customer services, told order not accepted!!????
Despite them taking 89.00 immediately.

Told 89.00 will be automatically refunded within 10 working days if not to contact my bank!

It's a scam!!! Avoid!! Do not waste your money.

I work for a national newspaper so will be ensuring this scam company/website is investigated and reported on!!!

Total lack of information about dosage and methods of administration – it's assumed the customer will have an intimate knowledge of the drug.

This led to me wasting money on completely the wrong purchase, and the ensuring customer service (when humans were involved) was tetchy, dogmatic, customer-critical and unhelpful.

Very dissapointing. I cancelled my weight loss Wegovy 30tablets just a few days after I ordered them costing £89.00.
I cannot find any refund that has gone back into my bank account or pending either. nothing at all. I was told by you that it would take a few weeks at most" but so far nothing (Even no transaction anywhere in my Paypal account.)
My order was made 16th July. Looks like I have lost £89.00!!

Not Happy

I purchased two Muanjara jabs for £330. The 2.5ml barrell is jammed. It doesn’t work, it has never worked. The customer service, or lack of, is shocking. In the first instance they don’t believe me, despite sending footage. Secondly they told me to go to the manufacturer, which is incorrect. My contract is with Morrisons. The current final outcome being I have been advised to use all 100 of the needles provided, only then will they go to the manufacturer and it will then take 45-working days to decide if my CLEARLY faulty pen is in fact faulty, or that I’m lying about it. Do not use this company. Their licence to sell Muanjaro should be revoked.

I orderd my Wegovy Tablets. Everything arrived quickly. However i brought the bundle of 2 packs of 1.25mg not realising anywhere that I only needed 1 pack as after each month you go up to a higher dosage. I contacted Morrisons to ask for a refund or exchange for the next dose of 4mg and stated they are mis selling on there webpage bundles that customers cannot use. Do not purchase any of the bundles. I was advised that they cannot advise me what to order, but it states on their webpage "I am not able provide professional medical advice and for personalised information regarding your treatment" so who the hell is reviewing new customer online enquiries and issuing these prescriptions as it should be a fully qualified pharmacist that can advise and should advise. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH MORRISONS! Big company name that should know better than to scam customers!!!

Absolutely horrendous service. Avoid at all costs. Spend the extra money and use Asda pharmacy or similar!
