I had skin removal surgery at hospital de la familia with Dr Sarinara. Everyone was professional and cared about my health and even took the time to follow up with me to make sure I was doing well.

Im 4 months post op. My surgery was with dr. Sarinana and i did not have a good experience or outcome. I had a breast lift, arm lift and tummy tuck. I had one breast already bigger than the other and after surgery he made that breast substantially SMALLER than the already small one and malformed. It has a square shape now. I literally want to cry everytime i look at it! Also i went through substantial wound care with my arms and the scars are HUGE and HIDEOUS i have yet to even find an outcome this bad online. The tummy tuck scar is bad too but mainly because they did not check to see if i was pregnant before the surgery even though i told them my period was due and hasn't come yet. So yea i was about 4-5wks pregnant already when they gave me the surgery. I was alone in mexico with no communication until the last day, and that was only for them to get before and after pictures nothing more. So i cannot find too many good things to say about my experience.

I emailed Mr. Carlo from Hospital de la Familia about a surgery we wanted to have done for my son.
I received an email back right away and Mr. Carlo was able to answer all of my questions. I have never been to Mexico before so I was not sure what to expect but to my surprise Mr. Carlo made the impossible possible and my son and I drove to Mexico at the Hospital De La Familia where we were we were set up to meet with Maritza. All I can say was I was very impressed with the professionalism and the warm welcome that we got while we were there. Maritza traveled with us to meet with the Doctor Ponce before the surgery. My son came out from the doctor’s office and told me that has a very good feeling about the doctor and that he feels that we did the right thing going there. The next day my son had the surgery and all went very well. The Doctor Ponce came in after the surgery and answered all of my questions. He then came back that night to check up on my son. The warm welcome we received from everyone at the hospital was unbelievable! Every nurse and employee ware just amazing! You just don’t get this exceptional service at other places. I was very pleased with the way things worked out. My son is doing very good and is very happy that he was able get the surgery done. Hospital de la familia... Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart! And Mr. Carlo Thank you very much for making this happen! God bless you and everyone there!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish everyone was so nice, helpful and kind. Maritza really made this easy for me and was so eager to help and assist me whenever I needed. Carlo was very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process as were the doctors and staff.

Having never had any plastic surgery and since I am a pre-op Transexual, I was very apprehensive about going for Mexico for my first one. If you have ever watched the TV show "botched" it is about 2 plastic surgeons in LA who repair botched Plastic Surgery. A good number of those botched operations we performed in Mexico. Needless so say I was very concerned about ending up on a future episode of that show if I went to Mexico for P.S. However, once I found Carlo and Dr. Sarinana, I was immediately comfortable. Of course, I had a million questions about the process and Carlo was very prompt in patiently responding to all of them. The hospital is very clean and the staff is professional and very friendly. The hospital is equipped with state of the art equipment. From the time I entered the hospital to the time I got to my bed was about 30 minutes so everything flowed very smoothly. Everything else pretty much went that way too...smooth and efficient.

Before deciding on working with Carlo and Dr. Sarinana, I did talk via "Whatsapp" with another surgeon in Mexico but I was not comfortable with him. He said I could fly to Cancun, get the procedures that I wanted done in the morning and be on a plane home that evening evening. When I ask about the possibility of complications, he said "I do good work and there will not be any complications". Ummm No thank you!

I was scheduled for breast implants, a brazillian butt lift, liposuction 360 and a neck lift. The cost was well below prices in the US...about 1/3 or 1/4 of the cost. I'm willing to bet the results were just as good as if I'd had it done in the U.S. I am very pleased!

The only thing that went wrong was, for whatever reason, the surgeon only did lipo on my chin but not the neck lift (I was actually beginning to wake up at this stage...talk about weird!). So when I saw the lipo scar on my chin, I assumed that the neck lift had been done. It was Dr. Sarinana that notified Carlo about the oversight and that I should be refunded the cost of the neck lift.....without me saying one word about it due to my ignorance. We all make mistakes, but Dr. Sarinana was obviously ready to correct his.

The healing process was a walk in the park. Everyone was telling me that I would be in a world of pain after surgery but that was not the case. I can't say I was ever really in any pain so I guess I should give credit to the drugs that were given to me. Also, the bruising was minimal.

To sum it up, don't let the low prices and location deter you from at least considering working with Carlo and Dr. Sarinana...you won't be disappointed.

I had been searching for a couple years for a place I could affordably have a tubal reversal performed. I was worried I would sacrifice service or have a bad experience. But with Hospital De La Familia in Mexicali, I had a wonderful experience. The people were kind, very attentive. It was very affordable and I didn't have to sacrifice service. Even through out the month after my surgery, I have been checked on by the case manager and patient coordinator. Something I did not expect. I hope to soon be able to have more children after my recovery period. Thank you Hospital De La Familia

My experience with Clicktoclinic was great! They took care of me all the way long. I felt safe for me that was the most important and the outcome of my surgery was succesful. I will use this company if I need more work in the future.

I love my results and my overall experience at the hospital. All of the staff were very sweet and caring. My driver, Roxanne, was friendly and welcoming, along with Maritza, who was a huge help while I was there.
Carlo has also been extremely helpful with coordinating travel plans, and promptly answering my many questions.
Excited for my second surgery!

My experience at Hospital de la Familia with Dr. Gaspar went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone from the coordinators of the surgery, to the staff at the hospital were so friendly and attentive to my needs. Everything went smoothly and the results from my surgery are absolutely amazing!!

Great staff very efficient always in communication with me no surprises they literally hold your hand through the whole process will definitely be coming back staff is consistent not really any new faces from start to finish that definitely adds to comfort level!

For 20 years, i had wanted to reverse a decision i had made that i regretted. That is when I found Carlo & begin my journey on having a tubal reversal at L'hospital de la familia in Mexicali! 2 years in planning and during a pandemic i finally had the procedure done Oct 1, 2020. From the moment i got off the plan in Tijuana i was met by an amazing guy and his family and he drove me right to the hospital where I was met by Maritza, who assisted me with paperwork,registration before my surgery within 2 hrs of arrival! The procedure i feel went quite well, the Dr, nurses and other staff were very attentive. If english was difficult for them they tried any way they could to communicate with me.( I speak basic spanish not fluent) the hospital was very clean, everyone was very professional. Upon disharge Maritza met me picked me up took me to get prescriptions and to the hotel and made sure if i needed anything she was just a phone call away. I recovered and rested in the hotel. Upon return back to tijuana i was met by the same gentleman and he brought me to the airport where i said my farewells and blessings! Im from Ontario, Canada and I couldnt have asked for a better company or persons to have guided me on a very important journey!

OMG WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE I HAD!!! ON 9/7/20 I GOT THE GASTRIC SLEEVE I WAS SO NERVOUS WITH THE HELP OF THE STAFF AND THE OUTPOURING LOVE I RECEIVED FROM MY DOCTOR LETS JUST SAY I WOULD DO IT A MILLION TIMES AGAIN LOVED MY EXPERIENCE AND THE RESULTS I LOVE AMAZING!!
