Honestly, not worth the cost. I was getting a ton of clicks from areas outside of what I was paying for and spending time on optimizing locations for ads, stopped all that traffic and made it basically a waste of money to have clickcease. I was a on a free trial with them and could not justify paying their fees. If you're not going to bother optimizing your ads and locations then you're going to need them as you'll waste a lot of money on fake clicks... If of course, they can get your money back from Google.

I'm processing the trial cancellation now and hoping that they will cancel and not try to pull a scam on me... Not liking the way they are dealing with me cancelling the trial so far.

Blenda was very helpful and replied to my query super fast and solved it very easily and promptly. She also identified an additional problem and solved that too, very good service from Blenda.

i wish i knew about this service sooner i was get alot of fraud clicks from competitors trying to rinse my budget not anymore click cease automatically blocks there IP so they no longer see my ads im using my budget wisely now

There was a misunderstanding on a discount that I felt I was owed. I had a text conversation with one of the reps but I wasn't satisfied with the explanation. The manager contacted me directly and gave the appropriate discount (at least in my opinion). What I appreciate isn't the discount but I appreciate a company that takes the time hear my issue and then respond appropriately. I try and be a straight shooter in business and I appreciate them doing the same. This says a lot about the type of company that I'm dealing with and it will make me think twice about moving services in the future even if other services are more affordable.

Good support service, but a strange managing system, especially for marketing agencies. There is still a lot of room for improvement here, I would say!
