Fast and efficient support! Very happy!

Have been using ClickCease for several years now and wouldn't be without it. Saves me more per month in blocking fradulent clicks than it costs me to have it installed!
And the customer service is excellent, quick and very helpful.

Have saved over 110 clicks in 12 days and the support team was able to make my payments monthly instead of yearly. Quick responses on support was great!

1. They claim to block VPN clicks from your Ads.
That is a lie. After long emails with their support, they admitted that they can block VPN addresses ONLY AFTER they already clicked your Ad. FALSE ADVERTISING.

I decided to try anyway to get an idea of who is clicking my Ads and how.
2. After using CeaseClick for one month, I found out that more than 10% of users who click my Ads are doing it using VPN server.
That is the second lie. Checking online, I found out that of the IP addresses that were detected and blocked as VPN, 50% of them were not VPN IP addresses. These are very poor results. THAT MEANS YOU CAN NOT TRUST THEIR DETECTION SYSTEM.

I contacted their support, where Dee and Ivalya were trying to feed me with disinformation and ignored my concerns. I decided to stop trying to get a serious response from them.

3. Their dashboard calculates for you exactly how many clicks you saved using their service. They made an imaginary formula that has nothing to do with reality to calculate how much money you saved. They pretend to know who was blocked from your Ads by Google exclusion list. ONLY Google might have access to this information, and they will never share it with anyone. BUT, they still pretend to know exactly how many clicks and money they saved you.

There are many other reviews here trying to warn you from the same.
Please check for yourself before committing to pay them for this service. Their promises are FALSE ADVERTISING, and their detection system does not even work properly.

The previous account owner left the company and the support team did a great job of resetting passwords and changing account ownership.

No brainer, save money by blocking spam traffic

Even though I don't use the app too much, the support has been amazing. Every time I hop on with a question, their support is ready to help. The video tutorials on the app could be a little more helpful, but other than that, they've had great customer service

When I tried to access the panel, I would get an error message saying that I had tried to log in too many times and that I would need to log in again in 10 minutes. However, I could not log in to the panel for 3 hours. It kept giving me an error message saying 10 minutes. When I told this problem to the live support employee named "Petra", she started talking to me as if she was making fun of me. She kept telling me that I had to wait, change my password or clear my cookies. When I told her that my problem was still not solved despite doing these, "Petra" stopped answering me and also prevented me from contacting another technical support employee because she did not end the chat. My problem is still not solved and I am currently continuing to correspond with a different technical support employee via e-mail. I experienced this process while I was being attacked and lost nearly 1800 dollars. I could not even log in to a software that we purchased to protect against attacks while it was being attacked.

My problem was solved by the technical support person named Ashley, whom I corresponded with via email.

ClickCease has somehow made itself the Paying Manager of my Google Ads account. Absolutely insane. Contacted Google and they need Clickcease to respond to an email in order for me to get payment access to my own account. This is fraud.

Nick was prompt in his replies and able to fix the issue quickly. great work!

Don't recommend.

- Clickcease doesn't work for any PMax campaigns - They really try hard to hide this information!

- They present you with a FraudReport. After verifying this with Google. Google confirmed that they also identified each of those clicks as spam and you're not charged for them anyway.

Clickcease seems to be completely un-necessary.

Quality follow up service

We are really hard hit by invalid clicks on our Google KW SEM for months.

Happy to be supported by a chain of follow reviews from Lior and technical team to keep dig out the root cause.

Currently, the problem is well fixed and we bring down the invalid clicks to an acceptable level and our ads is broadcasting smoothly everyday.

They have my personal recommendation.
