Installed the app back in 2022 and used their credit builder loan until the beginning of 2025 when it was paid in full. Problem was they still were taking money from my bank. Also had issues switching banks for withdrawals. Left emails because that's the only way to contact them now since their chat support no longer seems to work. No responses left so I decided to close my account. It's been three months since I closed and they're holding $294. Seems as though they abandoned the whole operation but apparently they're changing their app entirely. Do not use if you don't want to lose money.

Almost definitely one of the easiest financial tech apps I’ve ever used. It’s UI is very simple and they do a great job on focusing on what is important. Highly recommend and I’m looking forward to using it to help me get out of debt.

These people are a bunch of Con Artists. I could not give a negative rating. They first tell me they are going to issue a loan but do not know how long it will take since the person was talking with did not know how they sent the money. Then overnight I get an email accusing me a fraud and that they could not verify my bank account. They suggested I open a new checking account. Stay away from them FRAUDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Help negotiate debt that I need help with for a long time making affordable payments

Don't use Clerkie. No customer service. CLerkie account balance doesn't update. They will take your payment then it takes them a week to post it to your account.

So far like that happens good maybe I get some use of it maybe I won't I don't know we'll see it's time goes

I like the service so far, the app’s really helped me manage my debt for almost a year. I paid 3 chase credit cards off and my credit score is way up but I’m really hoping they can help me dispute 2 other accounts from capital one and an agency called portfolio recovery that’s not mine that I keep getting calls for… I was victim of identity fraud and they’ve been helping me. The process was simple and the calls already stopped, now they’re making sure the account is removed from my credit report!

I’m really happy I found this app. The customer service is great and they got my debts resolved in no time. I’m still using the app to track my payments and work on my credit and couldn’t be happier

I really needed a company like this. I have very little debt and can't afford to pay it all at once, and this company allows me to pay my debt on my own terms which is affordable for me.
