Super product with amazing customer supper

Automatisk opgradering betød at i hævede ca. 40000 kr på vores konto hen over natten. Helt uden dialog, vi fik kun info på mail efter kl. 16 og pengene var væk fra vore konto næste morgen. Opgraderingen var baseret på 3 måneders højsæson, hvilket betød denne kæmpe opgradering. Jeg forsøgte at komme i dialog med vores manager ved Clerk om sagen, men blev blot tilbudt at nedgradere vores produkt, så kunne regningen måske blive lidt mindre næste gang. Dertil har e-mail kampagner aldrig været lønsomme og i har sendt e-mails til kunder der er ikke var subscribed længerer, hvilket er ulovligt. Jeg fik at vide, at supporten i juni 2022, ville se på det og vende tilbage når det var løst - jeg har intet hørt siden. Der ud over er det også ekstrem dårlig stil at afskære vores adgang til Clerk så snart aftalen er opsagt, da vi har betalt til og med 30. nov (ca. 18.500 kr. lige ned i skraldespanden). NB! Opdatering 14/9 2022:
Efter telefonmøde med Clerk, har Clerk givet udtryk for at de er rigtig kede af situationen og undskyldt forløbet. Clerk har valgt at imødekomme Regovs ved at åbne for adgang til vores data frem til 30 nov. 2022 og refunderer en stor del af beløbet trukket via automatisk opgradering. Jeg er glad for at Clerk har taget kritikken til sig og gjort hvad de kunne for at alle nu kommer konstruktivt videre.

From the get-go, Clerk.io guided, explained, and set up the entire system without extra charge. Very quick reply time to answer any query, no matter what department I have contacted.
After the initial setup, I have been assigned a 'personal assistant' to help with the monitoring and further development to get the most out of the marketing tool (this also without extra cost).

Monthly meetings with Cathrine are informative, educational, and constructive (dare I say it, even fun). Not only has she got the know-how within the Clerk.io system, but she has been invaluable in helping me to get a new perspective on the marketing strategies for my e-commerce.

On the technical side of things, I'd like to give a shout-out to Fabio. The most patient, understanding, and helpful person in technical support. No question is too big or small.

After six months with Clerk.io, I can safely say this isn't just a marketing tool that you install and are left to your own devices to use. This is a marketing tool that brings with it a dedicated team that is there to answer anything at any time.

This is a company where it is very apparent wants to pave the way for marketing in the future, but at the same time knows and prioritizes the importance of personal help and communication.

They said they would give me a discount when I wanted to leave them to give it another try with their poor performing app so instead of the just over €200, I'd be charged €170 for a bit while I tried their suggestions. They took OVER €1700 out of my account! Stay away from them and don't authorise a direct debit

I must say that I am really impressed with the recruitment at Clerk. Majbrit reached out to me at Linkedin and what a kind, professional and exciting mail that was. I have had many job recruiters reaching out to me. And the mails always feel very standard and not very personal. This was different.
