Mi trovo molto bene con Clerk, riesco a proporre in maniera massiva i prodotti correlati e a gestire un buon cross selling su molte aree del sito web. La piattaforma è molto semplice ed intuitiva anche nella lettura e nell'analisi dei dati.
Ho a disposizione anche un CSM che è sempre a disposizione e molto preparato, grande Massimiliano!

Ottima esperienza con il servizio di Clerk.io per quanto riguarda le raccomandazioni: tantissimi livelli di personalizzazione, quasi troppi, occorre fare un pò di pratica per utilizzarli al meglio. Per quanto riguarda la ricerca ho preferito un altro servizio, con cui lavoro da più tempo e pertanto mi tornava più comodo il suo utilizzo.
Un'altra cosa, non meno importante è il lato umano: Massimiliano, che ci ha seguito fin dall'inizio è gentilissimo, disponibile, preparato e soprattutto ascolta le mie esigenze e quelle dei miei colleghi per proporci una feature di clerk più adatta allo scopo.
Ottima esperienza anche con il supporto, veloce nel rispondere e nel risolvere eventuali problematiche.

Ho recentemente iniziato a utilizzare la piattaforma Clerk.io per il mio e-commerce. All'inizio, il team di vendita è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Mi hanno fatto un'offerta che sembrava troppo bella per essere vera, e io l'ho accettata.
Tuttavia, una volta iniziato a utilizzare il servizio, ho iniziato a notare alcune cose che non mi piacevano. Innanzitutto, il servizio è molto costoso. Il prezzo base è di 190 euro al mese, e poi ci sono addebiti aggiuntivi per ogni funzionalità che si desidera utilizzare.
In secondo luogo, il servizio è difficile da configurare e utilizzare. Ho dovuto dedicare molto tempo a imparare come funzionava, e ancora non sono sicuro di aver capito tutto.
In terzo luogo, il servizio non ha funzionato come previsto. Le raccomandazioni di prodotti non erano pertinenti, e le e-mail di marketing erano spam.
Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti per chiedere di rescindere contratto, ma non sono stati molto utili. Mi hanno detto che dovevo semplicemente "imparare a usare il servizio".

Siamo rammaricati nel constatare che alcuni passaggi del processo con Clerk non ti siano stati chiari.
Per quanto riguarda il costo, noto che il contratto da te firmato comprendeva Search e Recommendation. Tutte le funzionalità relative a questi due strumenti sono incluse senza costi aggiuntivi.
In merito all'integrazione, Clerk è perfettamente integrabile con Prestashop, come puoi verificare nel nostro help center. Ci dispiace se la fase di setup non è sembrata semplice, i nostri team di Integration specialists e account managers sono sempre disponibili per fornire assistenza e aggiornamenti sulla fase di integrazione, nonché per organizzare i training sull'uso della piattaforma che pianifichiamo per i nostri clienti.
Infine, dal nostro storico risulta che, quando hai richiesto la rescissione del contratto, ti abbiamo inviato le istruzioni necessarie da seguire.

La herramienta no funciona, me han cobrado 6 meses y puedo demostrar con la gráfica que no han tenido conversión, contratan a personal español por unos meses y después los despiden y te dejan sin asistencia en España, es la segunda vez que me pasa, no recomiendo contratar con ellos nada.

increase my price with 144% per month suddenly that is not reasonable anymore.
The first months went well with the subscription of total €277,- per month. Since July 2023 went it up to almost €800,- per month because recommendations up and search up increased that month. The price is not reasonable anymore. Just to beware before you guys want to work with clerk.io. You see the nice data about what you are selling, however, clerk.io didn't increase my revenue according to my webshop before I was using clerki.io. Some data tools in the platform don't give you the whole truth about your revenue performance. This is not doing business as win to win situations as the price increased the price with 144%

EDIT:
Etter at jeg skrev anmeldelsen og gav 2 stjerner, fikk jeg oppfølging av CEO. Siste faktura ble refundert, og selskapet la seg langflate.
Jeg satte pris på måten det ble håndtert på, og har endret fra 2 til 4 stjerner basert på måten det ble ryddet opp på. Grunnen til at jeg ikke ga 5 stjerner, er fordi det i utgangspunktet ikke skulle være nødvendig å måtte skrive en anmeldelse på Trustpilot for å bli tatt på alvor.
Men dette er nå ryddet opp i, og ute av verden. Takk for en rask respons. Satser på at disse rutinene nå er ordnet til noe bedre.

Jeg skal ikke skrive veldig mye om tjenesten i seg selv, vi avsluttet Clerk da vi ikke så at investeringen pr mnd ga gode nok resultater sett opp mot kostnad, samtidig som vi da skifter over til en annen plattform. Kundeoppfølging underveis har derimot vært fin og rask.
Men det som trekker mye ned er hva som skjer når man ikke lenger ønsker være kunde.
Vi meldte inn oppsigelse på mail før påfølgende periode, men fikk beskjed om at dette måtte gjøres via deres nettside. Da vi bikket over i ny periode, får vi altså faktura på ytterligere en måned, totalt kr 7500 for en tjeneste vi ikke bruker.
Kundeservice kunne, og burde, godtatt oppsigelse innenfor frist, men i stedet utnytter muligheten til å ta mest mulig.
Clerk har ikke gitt tilsvar på min siste epost til dem.
Avslutningen på samarbeidet ble derfor av den mer kjipe sorten.
Jeg kan også melde at oppsigelsestid på en digital tjeneste er en uting og noe som henger tilbake fra fordumstid. Ingenting tilsier at man må henge ved en tjeneste lenger enn man ønsker, bortsett fra at tjenesten vil dra mest mulig ut av sine eks-kunder.
Som bedriftseier selv som driver både b2b og b2c, forventer jeg et annet nivå på exit.
