Never trust this people , never even talk to them , they called me and told me a big lies , (we get you a 12K grant and reduce business rate by 40 percent , and they said no job done no fees) and after a few days they submitted a form to VOA and ask me to pay them £954 and they said TERMS AND CONDITIONS, I said the job is not done yet and WHEN I GET the grant you will get paid , they opened a case in the court for Against me and now they want £1066 including court fees, I have to go the court now !!!!!!!!!!!
PRO SCAMMERS and VERY BAD COMPANY

Clements called me offering to review the amount that I was paying in business rates. I am glad they did.I was initially sceptical about their ability to be able to do what they promised, but they did exactly what they said, securing me around £4000 refund from Redbridge
council with future savings to come due to lowering my rateable value.
Thanks Bryan and team

From start to finish the team have been super efficient and managed to obtained a valuable rates reduction for our business. Many thanks!

Staff always super friendly and helpful I received a refund and my rates bill has been reduced
Great job guys thank you

Not your average office the manager is very direct very hands on with a very unusual manner I was sceptical at first but am now rates free it didn’t happen overnight but they never promised it would
Can’t understand negative reviews I couldn’t be more impressed!!!

The process of getting our rates assessed and a consequential outcome took nearly 2 years in total.
Long term the outcome was good for us, but the whole process took a lot longer than expected. The communication on the whole was poor and I found it very hard to get answers or be able to speak to the right person.

We also were told we were going to get a rebate, but actually the whole history of our rates hadnt been looked at, so actually we weren't entitled to anything. But this was only realised once I had chased up the council and gotten the history of the building. Clements hadn't looked into this and were actively chasing up their commission when we weren't ever going to receive any.

Ultimately we did get our rates lowered and if anything our neighbours have benefitted from this more than ourselves, so for everyone its a good end result, and we are very popular on the street for proceeding with the claim! but I am not sure I would recommend the whole process with Clements agency to anyone.

I run a small business and have found Clements to be extremely helpful and professional when dealing with their staff. Always friendly and eager to assist. They have helped me massively with a reduction in my rates. Would highly recommend them.

Avoid this company. It is a scam. I was bullied into paying over £2000 by sending me court actions even though i had changed my mind as i didn't feel confident that they were a legitimate company. 2 years later, I still haven't received a penny even though I have rang them a few times. I am so angry that they bullied me with court action even though all i had paid was £11.98. They have assured me that my claim is all going through, this has being going on since August 2020 and still nothing. Do not let them bully you into paying anything!!

DO NOT TRUST these scammers who mask themselves behind a company with fake 5 star reviews on trust pilot..! I got pressured into signing up with a no win no fee case, then half way down they told me I will get a massive rebate but first I need to pay £900 for their fees to get the money released to me after 30 days. Literally after they received the money they never replied to any of my emails and just ignored me only to contact me 2 years later asking for them to save me more money.. to go through the whole process again... BE WARNED!

had very bad experience with them they charged me and could able to do anything for me now stop taking my calls never ever recommend them. wrost people ever

Clements agency have been amazing. Not only did they reduce my rates I got a refund of 14k due to overpayment.
Thank you

I’ll be honest my experience with Clement agency was fantastic a gentleman called Brian was dealing with my case was spot on just got clarification from valuation office today I will receive 10k refund plus reduction on my bill
I will highly recommend Clement agency to anyone thanks once again!

I am a pet store down the road from their offices, we needed our shop split as we went from a normal pet store to a pet store grooming salon and clements managed to split the shop and save us a fortune. Don’t ignore the calls pick up it might just save u a fortune !!!!

Clements pressured me into something that I wasn't sure that I wanted to do with constant phone calls. Only to drag things out for over 2 years with no communication. Only to eventually find out that I had wasted thousands of pounds on nothing. Please avoid this company and do your own research.

Very happy with the service I received they delivered as they promised a reduction in my rates and a refund!!!
Very helpful staff
Would highly recommend

Clements agency were officiant and reduced my rates for my shop which made my monthly bills more manageable each month. Thank you Clements Agency

I would highly recommend Clements Agency , they are brilliant. They have got me back so much back dated money that I didn’t even know I had. The staff are amazing and so helpful couldn’t recommend anymore !

Not sure why there are a few bad reviews, they were quite quick, and got me back £9778, what more can you ask for.

Clements agency are certainly unorthodox , I paid them and thought that was money down the drain , but low and behold the council just sent me a new rates bill and the rates are now halved!!!!! Very surprised best wishes to all at the Clements agency.
