I play a lot on big bass on several sites. Clearwins I have had feature a lot on game from 20 p to 70 p spin and most times all you get is 30 p to 1.50 max once I won decent norm amount but most times no win or pennies on all other sites you get a certain amount for the stake you play most times this site rips you off never had 10 features and no more than 50 p max even on 70 p spins stay away no other site pays like this odd occasion maybe once or very low not nearly every feature win

Clear Win are the parent company of 'Penicuik' hence we are dealing with them.

Terrible company from start to finish - fraud
Terrible company from start to finish, with fraudulent activity.

Ordered a bay window at a cost of £4000, paid deposit. Six months later (keeping in mind installation was meant to be after 8 weeks!) the company said they couldn't manufacture the window at the size they had quoted and offered an inadequate alternative solution. So we cancelled the order, as they couldn't do it. They emailed us to say our whole deposit would be paid back within 30 days.

So far it's been over 60 days, they are not answering emails, hanging up on telephone calls (four times today already). We are owned over £700.

This is FRAUD. Never ever deal with them, worst company ever. Check other reviews.

DO NOT TOUCH THE ZENITH, I FIRST HAD GUTTERING INSTALLED IN 2014 BY ZENITH, HOWEVER THEY WENT INTO LIQUIDATION & HAVE BEEN TAKEN OVER BY ANOTHER COMPANY "CLEARWIN LTD. CLEARWIN LTD CLAIMED THEY ARE ONLY REPAIRING THOSE PROPERTIES THAT WERE AND ARE STILL INSURED. HOWEVER MY GUTTERING WAS NEVER INSTALLED PROPERLY, BUT WE REMAINED INSURED HOPING TO GET THE TERRIBLE DAMAGE IN OUR PROPERTY REPAIRED. DESPITE CONTACTING CLEARWIN AND THEM DOING AN INSPECTION IN MARCH 2019, THEY SAID THEY WERE ORDERING THE PARTS AND HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME AGAIN, DESPITE NUMEROUS CALLS TO THE NUMBER/ DEPOT TO DATE NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME.

After planning permission was denied for upvc windows I asked for my deposit back which was around 1100 pounds. That was on January 15th. It is now 19th March and they have only returned part of the money. They still owe me 350 pounds. I have called them on several occasions and they insist on lying to me and saying the money has been transferred back to my account. I hate being lied to and this is not only deceitful but is also indicates to me that they are deliberately withholding my money and telling their customer service team to say anything to placate my demands for a rightful return of my deposit. I have never experienced this level of ineptitude and deception. I now find myself turning to legal means for a return of the deposit and have sought the advice of the ombudsman and consumer protection. I have been phoning their 'customer services' every day and without exception they say that the money has been transferred. This company is the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I would advise potential customers to stay well clear of Clearwin. Absolute cowboys.
