Scam. Like others, paid 10p to clear up one pic (which didn't work) and then had multiple small transactions on my account a few months later. Have reported to bank as fraud.

Es un fraude te cobra 10 céntimos para quitar la marca d agua el otro día quita más y más dinheiro de su cuenta son estafadores, tuve que bloquear mi tarjeta.

1. The Hook: They start by charging your card a small, inconspicuous amount. This is a "test" to see if your card is active and if you'll notice the transaction.
2. The Hit: Within 24 hours, they follow up with much larger, unauthorized charges for services or products you never requested and likely don't even exist.

I never knowingly subscribed to any paid service, but the following charges appeared on my bank statement:
Feb 10 – €0.10
Feb 11 – €49.90
Mar 11 – €49.90
There was no clear consent for a recurring subscription. It seems a small charge (€0.10) was used to validate the card and then a monthly fee was charged.
I have contacted my bank to request a chargeback and reported the situation.
If you see charges from this company, contact your bank immediately and block the merchant.

Je suis venu voir sur trustpilot, mais trop tard, j ai lu les commentaires. Et moi aussi j avais été abonné sans le savoir à 50€/mois
Je suis allé de suite sur le site pour annuler l’abonnement… j espère que le désabonnement va fonctionner…

Scammed into thinking Im only paying 10 cents for removal of photo watermarks to only find out the next day that my card has been used to pay for a $49.90 monthly subscription Ive never agreed to nor was even notified that Id be signed up for it. They pose it as a one-off payment when in fact you're actually paying for a 24 hour trial until your locked into a $49.90/monthly sub — they’re being shady for not even disclosing this to begin with. You only find out once the payment goes through and you get an email notification. If you dont check your email or check your card statements frequently, they can scam more out of you. Be wary of this company’s tactics.

Das erste Foto sollte 10 Cent kosten. Nachdem nicht mal das geladen hat, wollten Sie mir plötzlich zwei Tage später von meiner Bank knapp 50 € abheben, was mein Kartenanbieter glücklicherweise als Betrugsverdacht abgelehnt hat. Nicht zu empfehlen!

AVOID AND DO NOT USE NO MATTER WHAT. I had paid £0.10 to clear one image as i thought that wasnt bad. I did that yesterday and today received a notification from the bank saying that the website is trying to take £49.90 from me with now warning. Submitted it as fraud and will never be using this website again

There was an attempt to charge me for a subscription I never subscribed to. Fortunately, my payment app blocked the charge attempt and reported it as fraud. Seeing the other reviews, I am not the only one with this problem. This service is a scam. Please report it to the local authorities so it can be taken down.

Escroquerie en ligne. Vous êtes sensé payer juste 0,10€ pour la retouche d'une photo par IA. Automatiquement un paiement récurrent de 49,90 € est mis en place à votre insu, avec 1ère échéance dès le lendemain.

STAY AWAY ! SCAMMED IINTO SUBSCRIPTION I DID NOT AUTHORIZE!
I was fixing just 1 picture for my sister. Paid what I thought was 0.10p for the one picture.
Unknowingly subscribing . The next day they took ,£49.90
I contacted them many times. They had the audacity to offer me half a refund. I said no . I have reported them to my credit card company and I am waiting for a response.

Has anyone managed to get their money back?

This company needs to be stopped!!

SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COST.
Terrible service, terrible product, didn’t deliver on the actual purchase then took out a hidden fee that I did not authorise. I have since made contact for a refund, and they have stopped communicating. Please avoid. Wish I’d have checked on here first
