Great experience!

Justin Enderes helped us so much. I say "us" because I had him on speaker and my husband was talking to him too. He answered all our questions, advised us and was very friendly. Most of all, we appreciated that he spoke very clearly. We didn't have to ask him to repeat himself at all.

The personal treatment

The personal treatment, Jamaal was patient, polite and respectful. It was also quite nice not to be treated like a stereotype. He made me feel like I was being helped by a good family friend.

A very patient and understanding…

A very patient and understanding representative. We did have to conduct up to 4 calls together due to no fault of The Representative. I was doing my part to contact physicians to confirm that they take Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
