Cindy was professional!

Cindy was professional, well-informed and patient when I was slow to respond. Before we did anything else, she asked me what was important to me, and when I answered she then asked follow up questions to fully flush out my wants and needs. It was a three-hour process that was fulfilling from a customer's perspective. She's a keeper!

Excellent Experience

In one call, Lisa listened to me intently, discussed my insurance needs with me, recommended the way forward, and resolved everything for me in very little time. I was very thankful to have her come alongside and walk me through a process that was confusing and foreign to me. I greatly appreciated her expertise and patience combined with her professionalism. She made the entire experience, which I had been dreading, painless for me.

A 5-Star Experience!

The Professionalism and thorouhness of the process, content and comprehensive knowledge explained, allowed me to be educated and comforted with a first time transitional need of my Medicare program, all presented by Agent: Rachel Cristino!!
