Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Very thorough explanation of benefits and he help identify plans that are more specific to my needs. I appreciate Mr.J Iberas’help and kindness.

Eric Ruge was very helpful

Eric Ruge was very helpful. He helped me understand what I needed, and help navigate the different options. He was easy to understand(grateful!). I'm in the beginning stage of setting up medicare, just turned 65, it was pretty confusing to say the least, but Eric helped so much! I'm glad to have the coverage that I need. Thank you!

Humana ppo

the review of plans was pleasant and knowledgable but tried to contact sergio that evening and next two days with no call back. I have realized I need to camcel application because of committment with my advanage program. I tried calling in to cancel but could not get through and the phone would always disconnect. I'm very upset because of the last couple of days .I don't want to loose my present insurance

Spousal help and now mine.

I found the carrier a few years ago for my husband. Now that I am of age for Medicare, it is time for me to get my plan together and we reached out again. the time to talk through everything was a lot, but necessary. the follow-up call was more time, again necessary. I feel better knowing I have a plan in place.
