The staff was very…Informative

The staff was very imformative,polite,let me askmy questions,n my trying to change.plans from Aetna to Anthem blue cross blue shield!I was allotted my time for the staff to imform me properly n then email me right back.info n their telephone numbers!I was quite.impressed!

Terrible company!!!!

Terrible company!!!!! Would NEVER recommend!! Gave grossly wrong information at the time of reviewing health insurance options! Then never received my cards or any information in a timely manner (still nothing). When you try to reach your agent or supervisor it is impossible!!!!!
