Aggressive email sent from them after I politely informed them if it was possible for a refund . Never in my experience in dealing with companies have I received such a childish and argumentative email.

I'm sorry you came away upset. For anyone reading, here is what happened.
This order was for Mirror Wills. Before paying, every customer completes the full questionnaire and confirms at checkout that they want the work to start straight away and that the right to cancel ends once the first draft is sent. The first drafts were emailed within a minute of payment.
Your request to cancel reached us twelve minutes later, after the work had been done.
I replied that morning, explained why the fee for work already supplied stood, and offered to finish the job. The final Wills were delivered that afternoon, as ordered. One line in my email was put more sharply than it should have been and I apologised for it in writing two days later. I stand by the substance.
Your Wills were completed and sent to you signing. If anything in them needs correcting, reply to our email and we will put it right.

It isn't a solicitor review and it isn't legal advice, but nothing goes out unchecked - and the tailored feedback you had on your draft is that process doing its job.
