House buying can be nerve racking at the best of times, but I have to say that
Eric has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole experience and helped to alleviate a lot of the concerns we had. He was punctual and professional throughout, would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again in the future.

I'm so glad I used Clear Choice to help me with my mortgage. Andy walked me through each step and helped me pick the right mortgage for me. He didn't try and push me into anything more expensive and as a first time buyer he made sure I wasn't taken for a ride. When things started to go wrong with my solicitors, Andy chased them for me and kept progressing my case - he did everything he could to make sure things kept moving and without his help I may still be waiting for a completion date. I can honestly say that although this process has been difficult, Andy made it so much easier for me. Eric is friendly, helpful and incredibly quick to respond. He has taken me through the process, ensuring I’ve understood every step in order for me to make considered decisions about my future.
