When placing my order online I made a mistake regarding g delivery options. Phoned the company next morning and experienced excellent customer care. The staff sorted everything out quickly, efficiently and, most important, in an exceptionally friendly manner. I was very impressed. Also, my purchase was excellent value and very happily received by my birthday grandson.
