They haven't provided services and haven't provided refund
As my previous review was removed I am going to write this one.
Cleannet.ge haven't provided service and when I have asked about refund they just ignored all my emails and open tickets (both to sales and technical teams).
After I leave review here (the one that has been removed) they answered that it's already refunded.
I have been waiting for more than month to receive money back, but, in fact, I haven't received any.
I double checked this: my cleannet.ge account and bank account. I have one paid invoice and, moreover, I have one additional unpaid invoice for the next month.

While we're responding to it now, this does not mean that we reviewed the case after two years; we are simply addressing it publicly because we did not receive any response from you for two years.
At the time, we made multiple attempts to contact you to resolve the matter, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response. The invoice in question was indeed refunded, as confirmed by our records.
To clarify the situation, the service was not provided because our system flagged your account as a suspicious fraudulent account. We requested additional verification to proceed with the service, but we did not receive the necessary proof from your side.
