Ordered my product 11/23/2024 and never received it. I contacted the company multiple times regarding the delay in shipping. The shipping information always said 'shipped' but never when further. When I contacted the company I was told each time that there was a lot of orders and it should still be coming. As it was meant to be a Christmas gift and nothing changed in the status, I finally cancelled the order in January 2025. The one positive is that the refund was successfully issued, but my son didn't have his Christmas gift.

Communication with seller is great and the product itself is amazing. It truly works better than other brands saving me time when cleaning my Lego collection.

I’ve been using the CleanMyBricks Mini Vacuum Cleaner for a while, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with its performance. It’s compact, lightweight, and perfect for cleaning dust and debris from my LEGO® builds and workspace. The suction power is effective initially and makes cleaning small spaces so much easier.

However, one issue I’ve noticed is that the dust container fills up very quickly. When it does, the suction power decreases noticeably, which can be a bit inconvenient during longer cleaning sessions. I would suggest increasing the container size or enhancing the design to maintain suction power even when the container starts to fill.

That said, it’s still a very handy and efficient tool for LEGO® enthusiasts like me, and I’d recommend it with the hope that future models address this feedback.

Just buy a car hoover from temu, its the same and will arrive much quicker! I ordered at the beginning of November for a birthday gift for a crazy lego fan. I was impressed with the advertising and the fact it was especially for lego. I received what seemed a personal reply from 'Nicole' to say my order would be with me in 12 business days. (Apparently a name they just use for mass emails.) Despite chasing many times it did not arrive till after Xmas, seemingly stuck in the chinese airport for 4 weeks. The reply emails were badly worded and blame xmas despite my ordering in November. When it arrived, my son was gutted, it is just a car hoover put in a "clean your bricks" box. And a transfer placed on the end of it! Even the instructions say it's a car hoover. Nothing special about it at all, and for the price I could buy 3 of them from temu!! When I complained I was eventually offered free filters and a part refund which then never arrived!! This is just a big con! Very disappointed

The worst customer service I have experienced. Ordered at the start of Dec, received “tracking” within days, however it kept showing as ‘processing’. Sent multiple emails asking about it as it was a Christmas gift. Assured tracking was wrong and it had been sent (twice in the lead up to Christmas).
After Christmas, they finally admitted it hadn’t been sent. Offered partial refund (15%) and to still send, or full refund.
Product finally arrived 51 days after ordered! Would not recommend Clean my Bricks to anyone.

I ordered my vacuum on December 5, 2024 and as of today, January 22, 2025, I still have not received it. I haven't even received a text that says my order has been shipped. It still shows "in progress"!!!

Ordered almost 2 months ago and still haven’t received the order.

Don’t by there. Never received the product. Received fake tracking and finally after 6weeks my money back- but only through PayPal!

I’ve still not received my items

Paid extra for expedited shipping (7-13 business days). Merchandise sat in China for a full 30 days after the order was placed. When it became clear that my order wasn't arriving in a timely manner, I asked that it be cancelled. Ignoring my request, the company kept offering discounts and apologies. I DON'T WANT THIS CRAP ANYMORE. Finally delivered more than 30 days after the order was placed, and I requested a call tag to return the merchandise. Get automated replies that they'll be in touch within 24 hours -- guess what? NO REPLY. It's a violation of federal internet sales laws for them to take this long to deliver merchandise, so I'm making a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission -- each incidence carries a $25K fine.

Never received my order. Almost two months later and still nothing,

The whole thing seems like a scam. First off, the vacuum came in two colors, with wildly different prices. Secondly, it was supposed to be in stock and ready to ship before christmas. I placed an order just before black friday, and it still hasn't arrived. Worse, the tracking information I havw been provided points to a Chinese cosmetics importer, and the tracking number fails to provide any results.
This would be a novel idea, but it is a total waste of time.

I NEVER got my vacuum and they just kept saying it was coming!! China junk scam and I am a sucker. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I have never received my order. It was purchased November 28 and still hasn’t arrived.

I order my item before Christmas for present still not received it. So won’t be using your website again.

Item never arrived. Chased and was told it would be sent immediately - this didn't happen. The tracking number I'd been sent only ever said that the details had been sent to the courier: no actual movement of the item. Luckily I had bought via PayPal, so I eventually got my money back. However this had been meant as a Christmas present, so it was still an upsetting experience. I've since bought the exact same machine from Amazon for less than a third of the price.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I still have not received my product that was ordered before Christmas and when I check the tracking it only says in processing for over 2 months.

I ordered the brick vacuum on 26 November as a Christmas present. It still hadn't arrived 3 weeks later so I chased it up directly with the company as the tracking status wasn't any different from the day I placed my order. Communication was prompt although the content of the email didn't make sense (like English wasn't their first language). The order still hadn't been despatched and they blamed this on the heavy Christmas period (did they foresee this?). A week later it still hadn't been despatched so I complained as I wasn't going to receive this in time for Christmas anymore. They offered me a $10 voucher for a store but I am not local so I asked for that value to be refunded, which they did. Item arrived early Jan. My husband is happy with the gift. If you want your item swiftly then don't order through this company, or allow 2 months and kriptic email responses!

Such great service any questions I had they were happy to answer and provide solutions. Definitely recommend one of their vacuums, I've never had such clean Lego!
