Cleared up my email accounts so easily and saved me the hassle

It gets the job done way more efficiently than I could ever do on my own.

Stopped using service for well over a year. No notification of auto-renewal, charges and/or renewal prior to hitting my credit card. Cancelled within 24-hours of the renewal hitting my credit card. Was emailed about my cancellation and reason for cancelling, asking for feedback/response as to why. Indicated no longer using the service and hadn't been for over a year, to which I requested a refund. No response. Submitted case to support for refund thereafter having received no response. Response indicated that my cancellation came after renewal/rebill and therefore no refund could be applied. Notification within 24-hrs of no desire to renew not satisfactory to this company. Furthermore the company tried making claim it hadn't been cancelled before I showed evidence of cancellation and request for refund from the time frame.

Auto-renewal without proper notification to charged parties for fees and renewal is now under scrutiny at the US state and federal level for these exact reasons and tactics. Instead of relying upon service software or products alone to continue ongoing business, companies default to auto-renewal programs to incur fees beyond use. Hopefully the new laws written for 2025 force action to be taken on notification which should be sent out regardless of legislature on renewal/billing.

I was about to give up an email address I had for 20 years because of all the spam. This got it back to being reasonable I especially like that you can send email to different folders without them hitting you inbox

Still trying to figure out. I think once I do it’s going to stream line my email box wonderfully.

I bought this service a few months ago and just found the website for it. It's starting to make more sense now.

Ich habe dem nicht zugestimmt, es ging alles automatisch ohne mein Wissen !
Habe sofort das Abo gekündigt, zum November 2026.
Das Abo kam nach meiner Recherche zustande, weil ich bereits 1000 E-Mails gelöscht hatte oder 25 Newsletter abbestellt hatte… keine Ahnung 🤷‍♀️

Ich versuche natürlich den Betrag durch Widerspruch zurück zu bekommen!

I had over 17K messages (most of them junk or unwanted subscriptions) spent about 45min-1hour on this app, and cleared over half of them. Easy to use interface, you don't need to read the directions to figure out what to do... but they have some if you need them. Excellent product, lots of WOW factor. They are unsubsribing from lists I didn't even know I was on!

So far, its very easy to use, save a lot of time. I will be able to provide a more complete review once I get totally familiarized with the product.

La verdad es que me ahorra mucho tiempo de borrar correos que no me valen para nada, aparte del spam borrado. La única pena es que no maneje con una licencia todas mis cuentas de correo.

My experience so far has been mostly positive. I don't think the website clearly shows how to use it most effectively, but it's still early in the process.

Not giving it 1 star only because the UI is really well organized and smooth to use.

I might be a bit harsh here, especially since I have a ton of emails (around 120k), but that’s what the site says it can handle.

The main issue is how long it takes to delete emails it’s really slow, and for some reason its take so much from browser memory that made my pc lag a little bit, I tried another service (an extension, won’t name it) that deleted 21k emails from the same sender in under 2 minutes, and it didn’t even slow down my pc. It’s a bit more semi-auto tho since it only deletes all emails from one sender at a time.

Overall, not worth it. I appreciate the design and how smooth it feels, but it just doesn’t do the job. I’d rather use an ugly site with only HTML as a frontend that actually works smoothly than this.

So much easier than Gmail wants you to do it. I just started using Clean Email. My business email goes back maybe 20 years and needless to say Google keeps wanting me to buy more storage, but really I just need to get rid of all the back log. With that volume of emails it did take Clean Mail some time to go through and analyze everything, but now I have deleted probably 10,000 super old emails. Yay Clean Email
