Great just wish an AI could do it all ;)

Had 70,000 emails clogging my inbox from the past decade. Was very easy to let the site scan my large inbox for a few hours and come back to it identifying collections of thousands and hundreds of emails I could then easily clear out. After doing a few while it was processing I decided it was worth an upgrade to be able to quickly delete THOUSANDS of old emails in minutes.

It’s very good so far, but I’m still new to it, so will give 5* when I’ve got more experience.

I love this program.My inbox needed serious attention but who has time? My preference on pricing, however, would've been an option for a monthly fee. I won't need this after it's thoroughly managed.

Very easy to see the organized folders - however one thing would be helpful in the "unsubscribe" functionality would be that the emails are not taken one by one, even those with the same email address for the sender you have to click unsubscribe for each one individually. Otherwise very happy with the experience and email is way more under control!

so far amazing! I had no idea there were so many ancient receipts taking up precious gigabytes of my gmail. really seamless process, worth the price.

The clean email process was easy and complete.

Simple interface, very easy to navigate, nice clear and simple instructions. i maxed out the free tier and was converted in the process.

it went off and i wondered why i was getting all this junk mail , i will get it back on right away.

Accidentally purchased the Clean Email annual plan (£52.99) via Face ID and reported it to Apple within 30 minutes. I had not connected a single email account, run a scan, or used any features. The service was completely unused.

Despite this, my refund request was refused. My appeal was refused. Even my bank dispute was rejected. The developer says they cannot refund because Apple controls payments, and Apple simply hides behind policy instead of using common sense.

Charging people for a service they never accessed and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. Especially when the mistake is reported immediately and there is clear proof nothing was used.

The app itself may work, but the billing and support experience is terrible. Be very careful with Face ID purchases because once the money is gone, nobody wants to help.

Avoid unless you are 100% certain you want to pay and are happy taking the risk.

Great tool to clean you inbox

The interface is well-designed, intuitive, and easy to use. I have already removed about 500,000 unwanted/old emails from my Gmail account with the help of clean.email. It makes finding emails by the total times I have received them from the original sender so easy with the “Senders” smart folder function. Next step for me is unsubscribing from all these newsletters I have accumulated over the past 20 years in Gmail, which I still receive daily.
