I received a Christmas hoodie that was completely wrong: incorrect size and incorrect graphic. By the time it arrived, the holiday period was already over, making the item useless. This mistake shows a clear lack of quality control and caused significant frustration. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this site.

i ordered ugly sweaters for christmas, the 7 of december, it's the 13 and still no expedition and the support tell me that i'm gonna have to wait 5 to 7 more days for production before shipping. and my party is the 20.. So the order is useless.
It was mentionned a shipping time and was good for me when I bought my sweater, but it was mentionned nowhere that there was a production time.
And when you're selling christmas tshirt or sweaters, less than 3 week for christmas, with a long delivery time and you don't mention a 2 week production time, you're just scamming your customers.

This company straight up steals the art…
This company straight up steals the art they use. If you do any kind of digging, it's blatantly obvious. If it's not stolen outright, it's generated via AI tools using other artists work as the prompt, and then sold. Which isn't any better. To add insult to injury, customer service is AI. The response to this review will be generated by AI. At no point will you interact with a human when dealing with this company, which becomes infinitely more aggrevating once you realize shipping will take 4-6 weeks and the sizing chart wasn't designed for humans, but for bugs... 4x is actually a large. Only time a small will fit is on the long swim to the egg. The quality of the clothes is comparable to temu, but cost 10× as much because their website looks cooler I think??? I'm not sure to be honest, but the shirts are definitely not worth 30$ plus shipping. I'd still be upset paying 5$. I'd rather wear denim underwear in Louisiana than buy from this company. Avoid at all costs.
