Honestly, I got my ring earlier than I expected. It came with a little bit of the ring polish still on it, but other than that, the ring is great. No issues or anything fits perfect

If I could give less than one star I would. This is a terrible company. They advertise that their rings ship in one week. I paid extra for overnight shipping and it still took over three weeks to arrive. Once it did, it was the cheapest looking piece of jewelry I have ever seen. The finish looked terrible, the stone was loose and rattled and the area underneath the stone was hollow. I've never seen a class ring like this one. Total garbage. And their customer service is garbage as well. It took over a month just to get the return authorization. Once I did, I never saw a refund. They have told me several times that they had already issued it, but it never showed up. When I insisted to speak with accounting I was told that they don't come in until lunch time. Right now my only recourse has been poor reviews and a complaint filed with the New Jersey Attorney General. Avoid this company at all costs!

I wish I read the reviews of this company before I ordered. Got a ring from them for my wife for Christmas and in February the paint started to come off. Just past the 30 day return. Now when I call you can press 4 for the return process, but no one answers. So click on Place on Order and you can talk to someone.
Their first email asked me to send photos, which I did. There response email asked if I wanted it repaired. Of course I want it repaired. I called them again and asked for an authorization code. I got the code today but there is no postage.
I will never have anything to do we this company again.

The quality is good…but the ring is about 2/3 the size of my original college class ring that was stolen. The pictures in The Class Ring Shop’s website make it look larger than the ring actually is. This “college” ring is about the same size as my old high school ring

I requested a custom gold plated ring with my birth stone, my school name around the stone, and my first last and middle name inscribed on the inside of the ring. I was getting very worried that I'd made a huge mistake when reading the reviews after I ordered it. The ring arrived today at it is just BEAUTIFUL! It is exactly as I ordered and it looks exactly like the sample illustration you get at checkout!! I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. This was not my experience and I would recommend classringshop.com to anyone I know. Well done guys!! 😊

I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place. I ordered online and when my ring came in it was the worst quality ive ever seen! The band was bent, size was a 9 and not a 10.5 like I ordered, the stone was loose and rattled around, the back of the stone looked so cheap! Its only held in with 4 prongs and the stone is dull and appears to be resin. When I reached out about my concerns via PayPal and requested a refund they only offered to remake the ring. Even after I explained that I already paid a reputable company to make me one that didnt look like a kids toy ring they refused to offer any further assistance. Horrible quality and company.

The ring is horrible quality is turning our sons finger green and looks like silver overlay wearing off of bronze ? Only had it since Dec 3 very disappointed and the company will not communicate with us.

This company does not even get a star. I have been dealing with them for over 2 months in regards to a senior class ring. We purchased sterling silver and the ring bent after wearing only once. They did repair it at no cost, but it bent again after only wearing it a second time. I have contacted them multiple times by phone and email with photos. They never respond to my emails and tell me by phone that they will get it resolved and never follow through. After 10+ phone call, I finally got a manager on the phone that claims they will handle it! Still not resolved. VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND PRODUCT QUALITY IS ZERO!

Despite this company emailing me back (I have the emails from the exact contact information from the website) & the customer service team ensuring me that they will send the return information to me so I can send the ring for repairs; I haven’t heard a single word from these people in over a month. Do Not buy from this company. They are thieves, charging that kind of money for painted nickel and terrible craftsmanship. The people & owner of classringshop.com are scammers.

I’m glad I didn’t search reviews for purchasing my son‘s ring in class ring shop because I probably would’ve doubt it from buying from them, but their customer service and their response was immediately I chose the design saw the pictures and it over Met my expectations order a 14k solid gold for my son graduated from JR HIGH then read the comments tested at home the ring and I have no complaints. They were so helpful. My son is really happy. Everything on the ring is perfect. I’m so happy with it. I definitely would recommend buying from them. I lost my ring from high school and I’m gonna have them make me a new one thank you classringshop

I wanted to give the company a chance. However, upon receiving the ring, it was of low quality, mildly discolored and poor attention to detail. The interactive website produced the design that I wanted. The finished product did not make the cut. The company has a 30% restock fee. I understand, as they would be out of business if they had return all those rings. On the other-hand, I definitely would not repeat business. Spend more money for quality. You won't regret it.

I ordered two rings and only received one (December 2024). When I contacted them I was told someone must have opened the package. I provided photos that clearly show the package only contained one ring. I also suggested that check their shipping documentation for the weight of the package, which would verify that only one ring was shipped. To date, I have yet to receive a return call (As promised on several occasions). Only when I called today, was I told that the postal service denied a claim and I would not receive a refund or the additional ring I ordered. TRASH!!!! If you're reading this review, don't waste your time with classringshop!!!

My only complaint is that the engraving is so small you can’t read any of it. I am a little disappointed.

Just the first day, but so far I'm greatly pleased. It appears just like the photos that transpired of my design. Many spaces allowed me to put my full name (18 Letters, 2 spaces, set of years of attendance) which was cool. The stone is set well and it has a solid back. I called and nearly canceled after I read so many negative reviews, but decided to take a chance. My ring size is 12 fir ring finger but it's a tiny bit tighter than my other ring that is 12, just get sized at a jewelry store and see how much difference if you go .5 more. But it fits fine, and I couldn't be happier. I'd always wanted a College ring to represent my school and the memories I made there.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of this class ring. After just six months, the ring started to discolor and fall apart, despite minimal wear. I reached out to the company expecting some level of customer service, but they completely refused to offer a refund. For the price I paid, I expected much better durability and customer support. If you’re looking for a class ring that lasts, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I ordered my ring before reading the reviews and I'm certainly glad i did. After reading the reviews I thought for sure I was gonna be in for a horrible experience. I designed a sobriety ring and after ordering i had a few questions regarding the ring so I reached out to the company and they responded immediately. The customer service was outstanding, they answered all my questions and told me not to hesitate to reach back out if I had any more. I want to note: I purchased my ring on a Thursday and received it the following Monday (4 days later). It is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend Class Ring Shop.

BUYER BEWARE! I would give zero stars if able. I ordred my class daughters ring. It was almost $300, so cheap is not what I expected it to look like. It literally looked like it came out of a cracker jack box. The engraving was blurred together and looks like an amateur did it. The material used was poor and to top it off, it looked nothing like the one in the picture I ordered.

Customer service is poor:
I have spent well over a month in trying to contact the company for a resolution. I got one email offering to let me send it back with a prepaid envelope for them to redo. I said okay and then there was crickets. So I have asked several times for a return. Authorization number and heard nothing in return. I think they are stalling because they only give a 30 day return policy so if they don't give me the number within 30 days I can't return it. They already charge a 30%remelting fee which is ridiculous since the issue is their problem with poor quality. Theydont answer their phone and it goes to a voice mailbox that is full and unable to leave messages. My guess is I'm not the only one with these issues.

Go with a more reputable supplier like Balfour or Herff Jones!

I was so not impressed with this product quality. The back of the ring was open you could hear the stone rattling. You could see the bottom of the stone. It was held them by four little metal prongs. I was embarrassed to give this as a gift I sent it back wanted to refund they are charging me a 30% fee so I only got partial refund but nowhere on the website did it state that. Therefore not only poor quality, but poor customer service I recommend going with another company.

I ordered the classic women's ring in a size 9 silver. The ring, styling and color was perfect. the setting is not! It is stated to be .095 sterling. It has NICKEL as an alloy and I am allergic to nickel. They deny the nickel content. My finger is raw. This is after wearing for one hour! Now they say that the money-back guarantee is only in-store credit. I am fighting to get my money back. Do not trust them!
