Thank you for your feedback and for choosing us — we’re glad to hear you were pleased with the range of products we offer.
I’m sorry to hear you felt the processing and delivery were slower than expected. For clarity, our shipping policy states that orders are normally dispatched within three working days. As your order was placed at 14:30 on the 26th — after our daily cutoff time of 13:30 — it was processed the following working day and dispatched on the 29th, which was within two working days. This falls within the timeframe noted on our website.
We appreciate that delivery speed is important and understand that expectations can vary. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to serve you again in the future.
