From the very first quote to the final installation, Classic Bathroom were absolutely outstanding. Every member of the team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly easy to deal with. They offered helpful advice throughout the entire process, which made everything run smoothly. The installation was fully project‑managed, so we had complete peace of mind and could comfortably leave everything in their hands. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

The whole experience for my elderly parents from beginning to end was brilliant. Not only was their workmanship superb but they also gave advice when applying for the grant which can be difficult for senior citizens.
A particular mention to Siobhan whose effort and support was second to none.

Classic bathrooms recently renovated my elderly parent’s bathroom. From first consultation with Siobhan and Kerrianne in the showroom to the job starting the level of service was outstanding they went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted. The lads doing the job were excellent a call every evening to let me know what was planned for the next day. From fitters, tilers to plasterers everyone was brilliant which really helps when elderly people are getting work done in their home as the lads made them feel safe and comfortable. A special mention to Dylan as my dad said “he was a fantastic lad a brilliant young worker”. We would highly recommend Classic Bathrooms the bathroom turned out stunning and has made a huge difference to my parents. Thank you to all in Classic Bathrooms.

I recently had a total conversion of the bathroom into a wet room and from the initial conversations with Siobhan to visiting the Salesroom and meeting Kerrianne it was a very good experience. The tradesmen also were excellent and kept the place tidy and finished the work on time, in fact, in about 7 days and so all was finished before Easter, ready for inspection. I would highly recommend Classic Bathrooms for their attention to detail and customer service. Hopefully, all will go well with the Dublin City Council grant now and the VAT refund ( due to sciatica). Ruth

The customer service at Classic Bathrooms, Somerset West is absolutely superb! Every occasion I visit and spend at this shop is truly fantastic. Recently, I had to purchase a few lengths of 6m pipes, and these could not fit on my short trailer. The team went out of their way and offered to deliver the pipes to my home at no cost (10-15kms away from their shop). Even more impressive, after I had completed the plumbing, I could not get the spare 6m pipes back to the store for a credit. The owner immediately suggested I cut the pipes in half so that they could be returned to the store, and to which a full credit was given! This just blew my mind, and I will support these wonderful people for all my plumbing requirements! Well done Lynn, Kelvin and Johan...you guys are the very, the VERY best! I recently got my bathroom renovated by the team at Classic Bathrooms. All of the showroom staff were very helpful. Lots of calls about the progress and scheduling of the job. The tradesmen were all brilliant. They left the house spotless every evening and were all so safe in terms of covid regulations. I could not recommend them highly enough.
