Claren Dublin Arvostelua 

Poor very slow customer responce to queries sent to their only email address. The whole operation has to feel of an online fashion shop run like a hobby , they only answer emails in a sudden flurry of responces way too slow . Got the shoe size wrong and continued to ship and refused to answer when i would get the correct size shipped , this has taken 20 days from date of order , was simply told to keep the wrong sized shoes .... amazing .... would stay away from claren dublin which i have a feeling is run by one person who never sees or handles the products shipped from outside ireland to a warehouse in portlaoise, hence the long lead time for deliveries .... terrible outfit

I ordered a pair of shoes, "Caoilfhinn | The Leather Walking Shoes". They were reduced from €99.99 to €64.95. They were described on Claren Dublin's website as having leather uppers. There is no leather in them at all, none. The construction is flimsy, and the back of the shoe, the heel part, arrived flattened. They were marked as 44, which is supposed to be a 10, but they were at least one size too small for me. I only gave them two stars because the soles look okay, but I can't test them.

This is a drop shipping company selling items that in any market in East Asia would cost about 5 euro. Do not use them. Website is made to look like irish company, it is not.

Whatever you do don’t buy from these people, it’s nit a shop they buy from a very inferior factory in China, I can’t describe how poor the quality was and how the product differed from what I ordered. Their customer service is a joke and I’ve no idea how to get my money back. It’s a disgrace !

I am seriously annoyed that when ordering an item on line, I believed it to be coming from an Irish outlet.

Since it is coming from the Uk I have now been asked to pay import duties of €14.76

One seriously dissatisfied customer.
Ps the top was of poor quality and the labels had been cut off.

This is not an appear to be a legitimate site. Products are not good quality.

I ordered two lots of footwear advertised on Facebook. Big reductions on orthotic footwear half price. Address in Dublin and named Claren Dublin Boutique. Free delivery from An Post. I received acknowledgement of payment and when to expect delivery. I did receive delivery by An Post. Each pair in flimsy clear plastic put into a stronger grey plastic. Clearly fake. Quality not good. Orthopaedic runners great colours, flat comfy sandals smell and thread ripped on fabric attached to the sole.
