Excellent service. Prompt response to enquiry and put together a beautiful hamper in a very short turnaround time. Simple and easy ordering process. Beautifully presented, courier delivered in speedy time and family who received it said the products were delicious. Very happy we placed the order with this business.

Fantastic personalised gift idea
Putting together a hamper at Clan Artisan is a great way to personalise a gift and to support local Scottish businesses. They have a great range of products to select from and they couldn't be more helpful in the shop. A very relaxing experience admist all the frenzy that is Christmas shopping.

Products to be proud of
I ordered an array of products so I could make my own Christmas hampers. They called to say some items weren't available for immediate dispatch but we established I could wait till everything was there before they sent it out all together. I wasn't disappointed when I received the package. Very well protected and every product of very high quality. Delighted!

Really easy to use website and order was ready to pick up extremely quickly. A lovely gift shop in Stirling if you're ever struggling to know what to give someone as a gift.
The small gift bags are excellent too with some really cute items to go in them.

Brilliant service

Ordered the Buckfast Chocolate and Irn Bru Chocolate. It was actually amazing and very well done. Thought it would be a gimmicky thing but it was actually very tasty so I ordered more as it went down so well with my mates at work
