I had a call with Clairvoyant's AI agent to talk about my experience at a past employer. It went as expected - the AI asked me a series of questions, and I responded. The expected call time was 30 minutes, but for me it was closer to 50...I think it depends on how quickly you can respond to the questions and the amount of clarity you put around them. Importantly, I was never frustrated during the experience due to the AI not understanding what I said. It had complete control over the progression of the dialogue in a way I did not expect. Payment for my services was prompt, transparent, and easy to process.

I’ve had a genuinely positive experience using Trustpilot, especially with their AI-powered tools. The platform itself is easy to navigate, transparent, and incredibly helpful when researching businesses and services. It gives real insight into customer experiences, which makes decision-making so much easier.

I do work for a number of similar services, but found the Clairvoyant approach and process to be a notable improvement from other experiences (all good, but not as good). The communication was good, the client match was appropriate and the process to be paid was fast and efficient.

The team reached out with clear communication and a well defined scope. I voiced concerns on the legitimacy because I get a lot of scam requests, but the team at Clairvoyant was quick to put those concerns to rest. Real people doing real research. Would gladly participate again.

Outreach was quick and to the point, because the interviews are AI generated there was no scheduling concern. The AI agent was effective and clear and the interview was done in a timely manner - would do it again.
