Quite happy with Claimo in the fact I…
Quite happy with Claimo in the fact I didn’t have to bother with paperwork which is why I asked them to look after my claim in the first case. Slow to respond and they get it wrong
Slow to respond, tried to overcharge the commission. Have to follow up multiple times. My partner's case was closed off even though he was owed a settlement, they assumed it was part of another class action and just closed it off. He's since re applied and sent them the original email stating he was owed a claim and that was about 5 months ago, no response. They don't deserve 20 or 30% commission.
