Very slow and the comision is to height

They' re very professional. They kept me informed throughout the process. I honestly didnt't think anything would work out. After several months and a more difficult process, they announced that it was solved and they sent the money to my account. Trust them they are very professional.

5* because they managed to get the most out of the airline, even after the airline refused to pay. They then used their lawyers and bailiffs to force the airline to finally pay. So very happy overall

Submission of the claim was very simple. They were very professional and kept me updated with every step in the process and made everything very simple on my end. I highly recommend their services!

Cu toate ca am fost taxat cu un comision de succes destul de mare (41% + tva) "albinutele" si-au facut treaba atunci cand operatorul aerian (Animawings) a ales sa ignore orice comunicare.
Toate discutiile cu Claim Bee au fost transparente si corecte, alegerea fiind in totalitate a mea.
Recomand, mai ales pentru situatiile in care compania aeriana va ignora

I wanted to share my experience with ClaimBee after a flight delay I had last September.
