The gentleman I spoke with said he would ship me the correct item immediately and I didn't need to return the wrong item. I received the correct item in just a few days. Excellent customer service.

I tried my local post office and they told me they could not find the package. I then reached out to support at Classico and got Isaac. It was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Not only did he replace my two wallets, he kept me updated via text and email. No question they have a customer for life.
