Great quality product
Great quality product, fast shipping, but i had an issue. I have a 2008 Mercedes CLS550 and i ordered the X-pipe, it came fast but it didn't fit right on the flanges. The pipes were slightly smaller and it didn't come with gaskets for the flange section. I decided to go to a shop and have it welded on. It sounds good measured 88 DB stock and 98 DB with the x pipe (DB measured while reving). Inside the car there is barely a difference. I like the product but be ready to weld it on.

Superb international experience.
The panamericana grill for my SLC arrived quickly in Canada. The shipping was faster than expected.
The purchase process was pleasant, CKS responded to my many questions promptly.
The grill looks amazing, I can't wait to see it installed on my SLC, which will be done soon by a professional shop. Stay tuned for a final update!

I ordered the rear spoiler for my Mercedes Benz SLC 200 and sprayed to match the same colour as the car which is great,but the standard and finish on the paint job wasn’t to my standard as there is one trip quite visible and several dimples in the paint finish. But other than that I would rate this a 6 out of 10.

Quality service!
I had contacted Cksperformance prior to purchase and shipping to Canada of a Panamericana grille for my AMG GLC43. Sales staff were very helpful and responded on the same day to confirm my selection and vehicle fitment. The quality of the grille is excellent. It was well packaged and arrived via UPS in perfect condition and no damaged mounting tabs.

Product didn’t fit as claimed by cks.
After I addressed my issue they said I didn’t get it installed properly whereas I got it installed from certified body shop.
I asked them to Provide me shop information where they’d want me to go and they never got back to me.
And said I was being abusive.
What would they expect me to be - nice ?

You purchased a grille for your Mercedes C Class Coupe in JUNE 2022, and simply not had fitted the grille fitted correctly.
Our experienced team advised you on the extremely easy solution of just re-fitting the grille and clipping it fully into place.
However, you refused to accept our recommendation, and decided to treat our team with the utmost disrespect, and used nothing but profanity throughout.
For clarification we will show the world just a snippet of your disgusting manner: "What the fuck you mean.
You sent me fucked up grille and now you’re saying my shop is not doing right work.
And now you're Telling me to not say bad language to you. You have 0 tolerance policy tf you mean. You sent fucking grille that doesn’t fit my vehicle.
What kind of company are you running. Ffs."
We will not deal with any customers who do not treat our staff with the dignity and respect they deserve.
No human being should be subjected to such abhorrent and vile language.

Ordered quad tailpipe exhaust through my dealer in Canada. Good look, good quality. I also ordered rear bumper diffuser for all AMG styled R230 models. Would have ordered the carbon fiber diffuser if I would have known how easy and quick the diffuser is to change. Parts came in perfect condition. Good job CKS team.

Well done for attempting to check the vehicle details to ensure that the correct item is supplied. Not so well done for using a vehicle database that is at least 3 years out of date that provided incorrect information!! ( you are in good company, I had similar issues with the AA!) No apology forthcoming for the minor irritation this caused, which would have been nice
