Good prices, fast shipping, misleading about store location
My order was shipped and arrived quickly, customer service responded fairly quickly to questions I had and I'm really happy with my watch, a Seiko 5. The only reason I'm giving a 3 star review is because of the deceptive marketing. The .CA website and the fact that it states it's located in Mississauga is a complete lie. The company is based in Singapore, the watches are shipped from Singapore. I was hoping for a Canadian store to shop at.
That being said, the prices are really good and I would buy from here again, but the attempt to appear Canadian is disappointing

Dear Thomas,
Thank you for your feedback .
We would like to inform you that our primary warehouse is located in Canada . However, when a product is not available at the primary warehouse, we ship items from multiple locations.
Rest assured, even if your item is dispatched from outside the country, it will not incur any additional taxes. Our goal is to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience, and we are always here to assist with any further questions you may have.
Smooth and easy
The order process was smooth. The watch was well packaged. FedEx was annoying changing the delivery dates on me but the watch ended up getting delivered a day early which was nice.
No extra fees or taxes or anything weird even if though the order was international which I am very happy about.
All in all, I'm satisfied with the whole process. As for the watch, well it's just amazing!! I love the look and the feel! It sits so well on my wrist and the titanium bracelet is so light. The exhibition back is gorgeous. I'm very happy with it!

This website is actually really good. I got the products quicker than I expect. They say it was going to be delivered on Thursday, but I got it on Monday which was three days faster and it was in very good condition. Everything was very good so I like it.

This was my first City Watches order
This was my first City Watches order. They have a hugh
selection to choose from. It was a Casio that caught my eye. The watch in the picture was the exact watch I received. When the watch arrived, a few days after ordering, I put it on and didn't want to take it off. The price, quality and workmanship and service are beyond my expectations. The watch was priced in Canadian dollars and shipped from Singapore by Fedex. There were no extra charges. I'm delighted with my purchase and the customer service at City Watches.

Casio G Shock Mudman GW-9500-1
Hi all ,
When I was looking for a Casio G shock watch on google search and found this website and thought it is from a Canada website and I ordered the watch. The price was cheaper than what I saw on the other sites. Then I got a email from FedEx with all the details and I saw it was shipping from Singapore. I thought it was too late to cancel and if I got a fake one only hope is PayPal because I paid it from PayPal so I can explain and get the refund. And I sent them a email to ask about do I have to pay the custom cleaning tax in Canada.
But no reply. But it got delivered to me four days earlier than expected. I Was so happy and I opened up the package and I noticed it was open for security reasons from the custom cleaning without extra charge and I noticed it was a original Casio watch that I ordered all the functions are working fine looks like a genuine original Casio watch made in Thailand with all the paperwork warranty card and I was so happy. Finally I would say they are genuine but I don't know why no customer reviews on the websit

Speedy delivery of online order in time for Christmas
Fast delivery of an online order item that was purchased as a Christmas gift. Arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Staff were professional and courteous when inquiries were made regarding item delivery. The quality of the item was excellent, and we can't wait for our son to put it to good use.

The customer service terrible
The customer service terrible. Nobody reply to my e-mail, there is no phone number to call on their website.
Watch came without documents, without invoice.
The Tissot wrist watch has unattractive orange-gold bezel colour and I doubt if its authentic.
Want to return the purchase, but through their website I can't find how to contact the company.
Also be aware, that you can sent the e-mail only through their website and you are lucky if you made a picture of the e-mail, as a record.
If someone can help to find out how to contact customer service, I would happy.
Watch purchased in Canada.
