Only one parking attendant and he wasn't the friendliest guy.

Took over an hour to get our car. The attendant said that he had to clear the cars that one on the ramp of the entrance to give space to getting cars from downstairs which makes no sense. If there are cars blocking other cars then they should call the ticket numbers and then those people can get their cars out first. People were skipping the line and there attendants were not organized in dealing with the amount of vehicles in lot. 2 attendants is not enough when there are events going on in MSG. People were going downstairs and getting their vehicles not safe to leave keys in the car. Anyone could steal a vehicle.

Terrible experience. I booked an online reservation that had an entry time of 930-959. I arrived promptly at 930 and waited on the ramp inside the garage for over 30 minutes because they only had 1 attendant working. When we finally parked it was 10:07. When I went to pick up my car the attendant refused to give me my keys until I paid an additional 10 dollar fee because we arrived late. I explained we were on time but the delay was 100% caused by the attendant. They refused to listen and would not give me my keys until I paid the fee. Absolute robbery. I would never park here again. I got charged for the incompetency of the employees.

Good price, easy transaction.

There were some challenges, like I couldn't find the key to my mobility scooter so I left early, after they parked my car. Another car wouldn't start while 2-3 families were anxious to get out. There was only one employee, but he was helpful to me, polite even when other people were yelling at him, hustled while keeping his cool. He was a star, but should have had a partner

Easy access with prebooking, affordable for location, well staffed to keep things moving quickly and limit wait time for vehicle return.

The online reservation was simple and did not have any surprise fees. Drop-off and Pick-up was very quick. I'd book this garage for the next South Street Seaport visit.

Gus the the guys at the 87th and 3 rd ave are so nice and friendly. They are always willing to help me with items I have to get out of my car and when they see me coming back they are quick to get my car out of the garage . I won’t go anywhere else to park my car.

Incredibly rude and disrespectful attendant who overcharged us and was very rude to us. Would never recommended as a resident of NYC who has been living here for several years and has parked in 100+ garages

got out ok but garage has two entrance 43rd and 44th and another garage next door on 44th same company so pay close attention to the address Had to back out carefully and go there My bad. Curb cut is right next to each other on 44th Check google maps street view and you'll see why. Long way off of street and it appears to go nowhere. Attendant also said it happens all day long

The most nasty rudest parking attendant I’ve ever had to deal with ever. I was told to read a sign like I was a child. I was told to shut up. I was told to take my business elsewhere if I didn’t like the way he was acting. Ignoring cars coming in because he was on is phone. This was at the garage on 12 west 53rd street around 5:30pm on June 4. It was to the point where you almost wanted to escalate the situation with him. That’s how nasty and rude he was.
