City Parking - Lenox Hill Garage Arvostelua 

DO NOT PARK HERE! They took my car on a Sunday to park it 2 stories down and then caused a flat tire by running it over a spike on a car storage lifts - they did not angle the car right when they were backing up. The 3 month old tire needed replacement because the gash was bigger than my thumb also scratched up the rims.
No one there speaks English, had to wait for a supervisor to fill out a form they would not let me get a copy of and I had to email a report number to let them know I had a claim. I did not hear back from the company until the following afternoon, Monday, 22 hours later and they said not to have any work done myself to wait for their claim. I don't live in the city and use my car every day, I could not wait for however long for them to decide and I got the tire fixed. Still waiting to hear back. No phone number, just an email. Stay away!

While I waited for a tow, it was clear they are understaffed, tons of people waiting for their cars, and not enough staff rushing around is likely why my tire was carelessly gashed in their garage. Do not park here.

They are very efficient here but being only an in entrance it takes a long time for them to bring you your car. We waited 45 minutes. Very convent to MSK & reasonable price for NYC parking. We have used the a lot this past year. I do recommend them. But just the wait for your car is a bit of a pain,

They get others first before you! even if you are there first!

Very close to MSK, where I was going. Got into the lot very quickly when I got there and out of the lot as quickly when I left . The attendant was personable.

I had a reservation for 1 PM which should have left ample time to make my 1:30 appointment at MSK. When I arrived at my reservation time I was told they had no space for me and told me to wait across the street. Meanwhile car after car arrived trying to enter the garage creating a huge jam because this location has just one narrow driveway for both entrance and exit. After 30 stressful minutes for me I finally got in at 1:29. After this experience I will use other options several blocks away from my destination, rather than return to this lot which is conveniently located right next to the hospital.

Wait time is ridiculous at the Lenox hill location. Waited for my car for 2 hours one night! Only had one guy working and whistling like he had all the time in the world. Long wait time again today. Very frustrating and upsetting since most people parking there are visiting MSK. Expected better.

So convenient and easy to make a reservation!

Parking proximity to MSK and the choice to make an on-line reservation for up to 12 hours or more. Also, when there was wrongful information given to me, the Manager was able to give me the correct information so that I could be able to contact City Parking Customer’s Service to resolve my matter.

Good location for my needs. Purchased the fee on line for the day, very reasonable. Long wait to retrieve my car.

I had a paid reservation for my car start time 4PM on March 27 I arrived at 3:52 I showed the proof of payment reservation to the Attendent that indicated start time at 4PM. He asked for my keys and gave me a ticket for my vehicle. When I returned to pick up my vehicle at 8:12PM a different attendant scanned my voucher and stated I had to pay 12 dollars more because the previous Attendent clocked my vehicle as arriving at 3:54 therefore I had to pay 12 dollars more for the 6 minutes difference between the ticket and the voucher. I tried calling the office but no answer, the attendant stated that there was nothing I can do about it. This was a mistake by the first attendant as he saw the voucher that clearly had a 4 PM start time. Who would of thought that a parking system would charge for time before start time. Not right not fair, and no one to help. Company number just rings and rings.

Was easy to find and close to Memorial Sloan Kettering short walk

Fast service and no damage. What else do you really need?

Perfect parking if you have to go to Sloan-Kettering Hospital. 2 minute walk up the block. Workers were great and professional, even when dealing with an obnoxious nasty lady. But karma came back around and got her.. I would highly recommend this parking garage. They fill up quickly.

Quick in, but leaving took awhile.

I almost parked somewhere else because of a few bad reviews, but I parked here anyway because its location to my destination is very close. The attendants were polite and professional during drop off and pick up. The price quoted was the price I paid.
