City Parking - 1515 Broadway Garage LLC Arvostelua 

If I could give negative stars I would!! These idiots drained my battery and then jumped my car in reverse without our consent to even do anything to the vehicle, causing fuses, battery, and alternator to blow. Last day of family vacation turned into the most stressful day of our lives and cost us $1600+. Corporate is useless and refused to accept responsibility for the incompetence of their parking attendants. Attendants are also incredibly rude!!

The garage charged us more after we already booked with SpotHero. They are a scam. They were very rude and told us to look at the signs, no signs stated anything would be extra. They refused to get our car until we paid the fee they overcharged us for. They are terrible and we will never park there again.

We couldn't take our keys, couldn't come back to the car to grab some stuff. Was charged 6 bucks to exit and worst of all we left their garage WITH A SCREW IN OUR TIRE! These people cannot be trusted with our vehicle and I wouldnt suggest trusting them with yours.

This place is a rip off! I paid in advance on the spothero app. I got back an hour before my deadline. The attendant told me I owed an extra $25 or he wouldn't give me my car. He said the app made a mistake and it wasn't his fault. He was rude, obnoxious and a liar. I will NEVER go there again!!!

Close to all Broadway theaters and fast service at drop off and pick up.

The garage personnel had a great system of getting cars in and out in this busy area. I was surprised my vehicle was ready so quickly.

Great spot to park. The staff works hard to get it done. Crazy trying to get people parked and on their way...thank you to you guys!

Staff was very quick and friendly.

Quick drop off, but pick up was slow. Very long line to pay and then had to wait for the valet to get the car. They could use some extra valets during peak times.

My car came out quickly when was leaving and it was much cheaper then what the hotel wanted to charge me for 24 hours.

On 1/24/25, worker crashed my vehicle. I wish I could provide pictures!! No apology from anyone including manager on site! After a great time celebrating my daughter’s birthday, I had to endure nothing but misery once I saw my suv! My suv had to be towed Saturday morning. Can you imagine my night calling insurance company etc! No one offered to pay a cab for my children and I to get back home. No apology for crashing my vehicle! How is this garage operating with such bad reviews.. read reviews and DONT PARK HERE!! Karma on the person who crashed my vehicle and manager on site!!!

the wait time is long to get your car out. But it was busy day and could see the staff working non stop and being polite and nice.

It just gets too busy and you wait over an hour for your car.
