Voleur, ça fait 2 mois qu’il m’escroque 3€ par mois, je crois que ça arrive seulement au abonnée orange, j’ai bloquer les paiements par téléphone et les hors forfait il y a 1 mois mais il on réussi a reprelever je vais sûrement changer d’opérateur car orange n’est pas tout blanc dans cette histoire

Reçu un SMS du 29010 m'informant d'un achat confirmé à 9H30 le 7/07/23. Or je n'ai jamais rien commandé, ni rien acheté en ligne avec mon téléphone. J'étais au boulot à 9H30.
Orange m'informe d'un débit de 2.99€ que j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à me faire rembourser. J'ai prévenu le service client Orange qui j'espère va ouvrir un litige pour fraude. Et pour info, le numéro City Gamez ne répond pas au 0171255555. Un serveur vocal demande d'envoyer un email avec notre numéro de commande. Mail qui à coup sur ne sera pas lu ni traité. Bref, j'ai été obligé de bloquer tous les achats via mon portable sur mon espace client Orange pour éviter une nouvelle déconvenue.

Ha just got a refund after I got this rogue company chased by a debit recovery company through my card provider, such on that scam merchants.

Terrible, ordered an xbox controller for my son with his birthday money, never arrived, no response from my contact, never had money back, so so disappointed, appauling business - they should be ashamed!!!

SCAM!! we orderd a ps4 camera for my daughter's birthday 4 months ago. Never received anything. We sended emails and tried to call. No response! We never received anything. The payment never came back. Please do not order here!!

Complete scam, stupid of me to go along with it as I had doubts. They’ve changed the name of the site now to gspace.store, same stick.

Indeed, this is a scam-operation and, despite me being well aware about this stuff, they had me.

The reason I bought here was because of a particular item I was looking for at a better price than normal. I think I found it through Google Shopping. So I went there, looked at it and it seemed alright, especially because other items simply looked to be normal prices so this one looked like it just happened to be cheaper or some kind of temporary deal.

What pushed me is the time at the top that counted down the time there's to get a discount. This is fairly commonplace on webshops, and I've actually had good deals like that before (albeit on more well-known and legitimate webshops). So I thought I'd just take advantage of it and I got 8 Euros off (though I'll come back to that later).

I went through checkout, my order was placed and paid for and then it was a matter of waiting for the package to arrive. However, it's a month later and, of course, there's still nothing, as I suspected and can now confirm that it's a scam.

The reason I suspected it already was because, not only did the site look questionable (though, sometimes legitimate webshops can be unbelievably crappy, so I just thought it was one of those), I also didn't receive something in a week. And that's the most it should take between the UK and The Netherlands.
Then when I tried to contact them, while they have an address and phone-number on the site, they don't respond there (at least the e-mail, I didn't try to call as it could cost more money). - What's more is that some of their e-mails that are on their automated mails are different. I've also contacted those, but of course no replies.
At the bottom of those e-mails they also have social media icons, but they're not clickable, so it's just dressing. - There is an account on Instagram that I've messaged, but there's no response and it might not even be them who created that particular account.

Then there's also that "Instantics" tracking site. I don't know if that's a real company in the UK, which I defnitely assumed. But while it acts like a package was sent out, you can also edit the status yourself (though not remove anything), which doesn't make sense. - So it seems fake to me as well.

While the Citygamez-site does look like it has more recent products on it, the front page still says that the PlayStation 5 is coming in 2020, even though it's halfway 2021 right now. - Also the "ad" for 'The Last of Us Part 2' has been on the side forever, which wouldn't happen for that long after release. That should've been a red flag for me. I mean, it was, but I just considered it more like their ignorance or crappiness of the site rather than the reason being that it's a scam-site.

And to come back to the discount with the timer at the top of the page; When I came back to the site to check on my order, I noticed that it was just always there as an offer. And this can also be the case on legitimate sites, really, but it just is really a permanent thing that is there to create urgency to place and order.
While usually I don't let anything push me around, it definitely had that effect on me since I really wanted this item as a gift for someone as soon as possible. But not only did I get scammed, I was also not able to actually gift it in time. - They were lucky that I was in a hurry or they wouldn't have gotten me. I'm lucky I didn't try to order something really expensive with them, but I was also not careful enough.
It's funny that the person who the gift was for, whom I told I ordered something and didn't get it, told me I should (have) check(ed) Trustpilot.

I'm disappointed, but about 25-50% of that disappointment is about myself.
I've wasted not only some money, but also time and energy on this. - Hope nobody else will fall victim to these rats, especially for more money than what I paid.

Complete scam. Ordered game which never arrived . Delivery company seems bogus too as updates are worthless

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ORDERED!! Ordered an xbox controller for my son on the 15th June, never received, tracking page was useless as it only ever said it was processing, attempted to contact via email and via the form on their site 7 times and never received any type of response, I have now managed to claim the money back from my bank.

This is a scam site, ordered a game on the 12th. received an email to say I could track my order, the tracking website is useless and only says 'delivered from origin'. none of the contact details work and I don't trust the phone number as it's American.

Don't spend your money here, i've had to go to my bank and report them

This is a lesson to be learnt. Too good to be true. Always check review before parting with your money although not very much but be warn. Citygamez is a total scam just to get you to pay. You never hear from them ever again

I am f-ing furious. I spent all my money, and contacted them and instanstics. Neither have responded. How do I go about getting my money back?

I don't understand, like an idiot, I bought on site because I told myself if it's on the first page on Google, it's ok, but no, I got robbed, like all the others.... So what does Google do! It's good for them to intervene when a site of this kind exists, but no....Just shameful
