City Removals Arvostelua

My wife and I recently sold our property in Rochester Kent.

We used City Removals and Storage for our removal needs.

There are NO WORDS to describe the FANTASTIC service, PROFESSIONALISM and CARE we received from them!!

SPECIAL mention regarding the Brilliant service goes to:-

Silviu and Nicola, who has been nothing but outstanding, as well as the two removal agents, whose names we cannot recall and we sincerely apologise for not being able to name them in person, as they were EXCEPTIONAL, COURTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL.

Nicola and her team have been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL.

There are NO BETTER removal firms than City Storage and Removals.

My wife and I are pleased that we kept our promise to Silviu and Nicola, that we would use their services for our removal needs.

We would jump at the chance of recommending City Removal and Storage to anyone for their removal needs!!

Thank you again from P and J

City removel very satisfied with price and sevice we moved in fast time happy happy.

One of the best moves we have had in many years and I have moved about 4 times… very helpful guys, highly profession and did entire packing, moving, dismantling and reassembling without sweat

Dismantled, moved and rebuilt all of our furniture in 4 hours. Very quick and professional. Would definitely use them again.

Highly recommend City Removals! This is the second time they have done our packing and moving and the service is fantastic from start to finish. The teams are polite and very careful, they are also very efficient.

City Removals moved us from Dartford to Minster-on-Sea. The removal crew were a nice group of extremely hard working men who were good natured and cheerful throughout what was a hard days work. They were efficient and careful with our belongings and had great fun moving our skeleton. We would recommend them.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend City removals. They were reliable, hard working, diligent and friendly. We used their packing service and moving service and both were fantastic. Thank you guys

Excellent service from quote to move out to storage to move back in a month later. The team was professional and courteous.
The customer service on the admin side was prompt and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Totally professional and friendly. Very reliable and an excellent move. Also, the cheapest quote we had. Would use again and would highly recommend. Don't even look anywhere else.

We hired City Removals for our move from a 2-bedroom flat (on the second floor with no lift) to a house. They were so nice, efficient and professional throughout, and gave us the rare experience of a stress-free move! If you want impeccable packing, speedy and careful removal, and outstanding dismantling & reassembling, I would definitely recommend City Removals.

We used City Removals for our recent move and I cannot praise them enough, right from the person, who came to our house to assess our requirements to the team, who moved us. We used them for packing, moving into storage and then out of storage to our new home. We had to change our moving date several times, but this was not a problem for City Removals. All the way through they provided a very professional service at a competitive price. They even made sure that the same team, who moved us into storage also moved us out of storage. The packing service was excellent, our belongings packed securely with no
breakages. Thank you City Removals for making our move totally stressfree. I will definately recommend them to family and friends.

I used city removals for packing and moving.
In the run up, the communication was clear and helpful The guys packed incredibly quickly and professionally. On moving day, they arrived early, were incredibly efficient and professional. Everything was wrapped really well. Couldn't have been happier, thanks Sebastian, Daniel et al!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This is a wonderful company to deal with. Their pricing is competitive, and the administration software is user friendly. The packing and removal staff were excellent, and went over and beyond to be helpful and considerate. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Sebastian, Micheal and Catalin were very professional, precise and very careful from the beginning till the end.

They did a great job packing everything on Thursday in under 3 hours and moving everything from a 2 bedroom flat to a 3 bedroom house in under 4 hours. This includes a very stubborn table and a king size bed almost reassembled from scratch.

They packed and carried everything with a great care and not a single thing is missing or broken. I had a very good experience with City Removals and would be recommending them to anyone who are looking for such services.

Excellent from start to finish. Communication and flexibility in allowing us to change dates when our completion date kept being renegotiated. The moving crew themselves were superb, turned up on time and had loaded the vans in under 2 hours. Extremely professional and hard working, these guys know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

So very happy with the removal service from City Removals. They turned up an hour earlier than expected (!) came in, and got on with the job in a very speedy manner. By 9am our house was almost cleared and in the van! All four men were polite and easy to communicate with. They helped us where we needed help and gave us little breaks to finish some of our own bits off. They were just the same at the new property, putting things away quickly and taking good care of all of our stuff. Unlike some other removal companies, they don't take upfront payments only to penalise you and keeping your deposit if your legal process doesn't work out as expected. Plus they were the cheapest quote I got! Me and my family were impressed with how hard these guys worked and I highly recommended them to anyone.

City Removals did a fantastic job on a very complicated move involving 3 houses. There were also some very heavy items to get to the 1st floor over the outside balcony. Nothing was too much trouble even when I decided the piano didn’t work where I originally thought they moved it again for me.
Thoroughly good job al around. I would highly recommend them.

Great service head shoulders knees and toe! We are happy to use them again! Thank you City Removals!

At around the start of July, City Removals were booked for a removal during 19-22 August. This was to take a five bedroom house into storage - removal from storage was TBC. When I phoned (on 11th August) to confirm the target move in date I was told, as some members of staff had suddenly left (supposedly the day before I phoned), they could no longer do my move. They had not made any effort to contact me to inform me hence if I hadn't phoned I would have been waiting for them to turn up on 19th.

They may not consider the booking was formerly confirmed given we were waiting for exchange. However they had scheduled us in and since then we had been in regular conversation regarding the status (telling them everything was on track) and they seemed happy with this. At no time we’re we told the booking was at risk (or even for that matter gone). When we phone to confirm full move details, the person on the phone didn’t even realise themselves they could no longer support our booking and came back with the statement that two employees had suddenly gone on holiday the day before unexpectedly leaving them understaffed…
