Product is Awsome, easy to use and covers all the bases. Makes my life soo much easier with day to day operations, keeping track of everything. The support has been exceptional, Laura, who came out to train us is dedicated and hardworking, made sure everything was working properly and that we knew how to use it all. Nathanael has been great as well, offering ongoing support to get us up and running. The sales guys were even awsome, Andrew and Grant, They did not steer us wrong. They all have assessed our needs and wants and guided us to the products that fit us. Probably the best decision that we have made in years !

Staff are very easy to get hold of through online chat, normally with an almost immediate response. Always very helpful.

Dealing with Grant and Andrew was a great experience. They are amazing sales people with great and funny personalities who new the Product so well. Laura came to train us and she was amazing, new her stuff and so friendly and sweet. We look forward to our continued relationships with citrus lime. Kudos to this company for hiring great employees!

Having experienced other systems I can highly recommend opting for Citrus Lime.
An all encompassing platform that simplifies day to day operations so you can focus on the important aspects of running a shop.
Customer service is top notch. The support team are very knowledgeable and always do their utmost to find a tailor-made solution to your issue. A special thanks to Chloe, you know you're in safe hands when she's on the case!

After having worked with several high-end platform providers before, it was quickly evident that Citrus Lime is in another league.

They have been pivotal in our company’s growth over the past 10 years, providing a stable and well thought out platform, seamlessly integrating almost all elements of the business in an efficient manner, allowing us to get on with the most important task of looking after our customers.

Their communication is excellent across the board and their support team knows what they are on about and get back to you when they said they would. You really couldn’t ask for better.

Thank you Citrus Lime.

We've been working closely with CitrusLime for many years now and overall we have an excellent relationship. The Google Campaign team have great communication and works their hardest to maximise our success from our shop website. CitrusLime POS is flawless and is forever improving with new and helpful features. Would highly recommend them.

We use Citrus Lime for our shop POS and our website, the system is easy to navigate and whenever a problem arises (more often than not its a third party issue) the staff are quick to advise on a rectification or to give a timeline of when the issue will be resolved. Staff are friendly and helpful and its relatively quick to get through to them. Cannot fault Citrus Lime in general.

Consistently good service, advice and support from the team at Citrus Lime. We're a long term customer and the relationship doesn't just end at selling you an EPOS system and off you go.
Regular updates and refinements keep their products up to date too.

The support team are very helpful and get issues resolved same day. We can't thank Chloe from the support team enough for her consistant help! If its not done same day, she will chase up and keep us up to date all the time.

It's not often we have issues with our software, but if we ever get stuck or something does happen to go down, a quick chat with Roxie or Debbie always gets things up and running again in no time.

Cheers!

The assistance from the Google marketing team and the help from the support team have been spot on every single time!
The Citrus Lime setup is very refined and detailed and takes a long time to master, but if your company is strong enough to afford the time and staff to go through the setting up process and training it is well worth it.
Citrus is a very powerful tool for doing online business and running one or several physical shops alongside successfully, plus it has a great bolt-on module to organise bike workshop jobs if you've got a busy repair and servicing workshop on the go.
If you're just a small independent bike shop though it might be a size too big in terms of the ongoing financial and time investment necessary.

Absolutely tremendous technical support! The support team have always been on hand to help with any problems no matter how big or small. They are super friendly and it gives us loads of confidence as a business knowing they have our backs.

Always a great and friendly service. The support team is 2nd to none and are always on hand to help when needed. Citrus has helped our business to grow.

I couldn't rate them higher. A special thanks to Steve B. and Bethany who go above and beyond. They are always ready to help and support, when needed. It is greatly appreciated!

I spoke with Laura F, who contacted me very quickly after my issue was raised, and in her very first message offered several potential solutions, the first of which worked perfectly. I couldn't have asked for better assistance.

Great proactive company.
We have been using CitrusLime for our EPOS system for 8 years now and we have recently set up our e-commerce website with them too. There have been issues, but CitrusLime is constantly updating and improving.
Some of the features such as Auto-sim have helped us save time and sped up the process of getting our website up and running.
Lucie from the Digital Marketing Team has been really helpful in bringing in more sales and helping get our products out there.
We look forward to continuing to work with them over the coming years.

Having navigated the change of our EPOS system and Ecommerce Site with Citrus Lime the experience has been a pleasure.
Excellent communication and support throughout the process.
Having launched both systems in the last year we continue to foster a fantastic relationship with the success team and our Google shopping expert Joe.
Sales are growing week on week and we feel that Citus Lime are truly invested in growing our business and partnering on this journey.
