The item did arrive, however the size was much larger than ordered and the cut was ridiculous with the cleavage reaching almost to the pelvis. Attempted to return item but was given the run around and passed to a 2nd company who suggested gifting the item to a 3rd party and closed the dispute. No refund offered or apology. Now trying to pursue refund from Paypal, but their system does not recognise what has happened so is a total pain to record. My PC security blocks attempts to communicate with seller as a false/criminal site. You live and learn!

Was overcharged for the items I ordered. Have tried to contact them and they just fob me off. Will be opening a PayPal dispute. Wish I had checked on Trust Pilot before I ordered.

Took to much money, would not listen to me saying I want the extra back. All I got was, ‘its been dispatched sorry.’ They have took no notice of me saying they took more!
Absolute scam!!
The bank refunded me.
I haven’t received the item as of yet.
They are robbing people and taking no responsibility for it.
They are also working under lots of names on Facebook!
Also all the good reviews on here are from the US ? Strange !!
15/09/2024 - they keep saying they have refunded me and I need to check my bank properly, this is not true. I’m still having parcel updates too and they said it was cancelled!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS A DISGRACEFUL COMPANY - DUPED IN TO AN ORDER BY THEM SAYING REVIEW MY ORDER - AND WHEN I WENT TO REVIEW TO CANCEL AS IT HAD ACTUALLY ADDED THREE MORE ITEMS (ALL UNWANTED AND NOT ORDERED) IT STATED 'THANKS FOR YOUR ORDER' THEN SENT IT - IT HASNT ARRIVED AND THEY SENT ME A POST OFFICE NOTICE TO SAY IT HAD AND TOLE ME TO GO TO POST OFFICE TO GET IT - WHAT A NERVE THEY NEED TO BE CHECKED BY OMBUDSMAN FOR SALES METHODOLOGY - WHAT A FALSE SET THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN

Never got my order

This company is telling me I have my parcel , when I know for sure it Has Not been delivered, Not to be trusted !!? Be careful when buying adjustable glasses advertising in Facebook.!!!

Fraudulent Company taking money by deception. Ordered over 8 weeks ago and still nothing. Contacted them, to be told they had checked and the delivery was due that day.
1 week later - still no purchase, now on a back and forth email exchange with them saying it was delivered by post office on a Sunday, not where I live. Then suggested I chase the Post Office - funny you just said it's been delivered!!!
In the process of demanding my money back and I will then report this company to the relevant authorities.

Oh dear! I should have checked on Trustpilot before ordering from this company, if indeed it is a company and not a bunch of incompetent individuals, which it appears to be. I ordered two retractable iPhone chargers. A great concept but one had the correct connector, the other didn’t so it’s useless. Customer service offered me £2 compensation and didn’t recognise that I was entitled to a full refund. Never deal with this company. Lesson learnt - always check on Trustpilot first!

If i could give them 0 i certainly would !! Ordered 2 dresses over 3 weeks ago, they arrived yesterday and they are hideous 😭 i emailed to ask about returning them and surprise surprised was told i would have to ship them back to china before a refund was approved but the postage us more than the dresses are worth isn’t that convenient! So now im am forced to keep them even though i will certainly never wear them, i spend £40 on these 2 dresses, do not buy things from facebook adverts they are scammers and enjoy taking our hard earned money, the level of stock they shift must be astounding to poor customers who don’t want there cheap Chinese rubbish that looks terrible 😡 avoid, avoid avoid!

UPDATE.: Now asking me to pay for item again so they can send a replacement and refusing to give me a refund.😡Absolute waste of time and money. Ordered 6 weeks ago. Contacted them to find out where my order is and they sent me a fake tracking link. Avoid at all cost!!

If I could have given 0 I would have. This is not a company in America but it is a Chinese company. They say that you have 14 days from receiving your order to make a return. Their so called customer service just keep coming back with replies that do not help or accept the returning the items.
I think Facebook need to take some responsibility as they let them advertise on their social media platform.
I am just going to give all the items to a charity shop, and will not be buying anything from any advertised companies on Facebook.
Also the return address on the packaging label is Coalville Leicestershire England, not Coalville Utah USA.

Although they took a few weeks to arrive, I was happy with the glasses I received at first. After a couple of weeks the lens fell out and wouldn't stay in. I contacted customer service for a replacement pair. They offered me £1 refund. I refused that again stating I wanted a replacement pair. They offered me a £3 refund, i refused this again saying I don't want a refund I just wanted a replacement pair. I then got a response saying they have done all they can and won't offer any more. I now have a useless half pair of glasses and I'm down £15. I went on to their website to leave a review but they have since deleted it. DO NOT BUY from this company.

There's nothing I can add to the reviews below except please, please check on Trust pilot before buying ANYTHING on FB. I didn't and twice now in a few weeks, I've been caught out . This isn't a n American company, they're Chinese and they've got a very sophisticated tracking system that sends you round and round in circles, with no resolution. They are absolute crooks. It's not always easy at first to see where these scammers really originate from unfortunately. As soon as you get a reply from their Customer Support it's fairly obvious they're Chinese but it's too late then. FB are just as guilty in my opinion though because they clearly don't check these "Companies" at all and they don't protect their Users at all. Only way to really protect ourselves is not to buy anything advertised on FB. I know there are some legitimate traders on there but it's just too risky.

I paid £16 for two products and £20 came out of my bank account! I was told it was an error?! Money was to be refunded to my bank but nothing yet! No products either. The reply to my email came in broken English so I suspect this isn't an American company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a high pressure washer, £16.58 on invoice that was emailed. £19.90 taken from my account. Can’t get any sense from the support email. Clearly 20 quid down.

I have ordered a dress from this website, not received yet but it is early days. I was over charged which should not have happened as only ordered one item with no shipping fee. I contacted the seller, who responded within 10 minutes. Options were given in responce, one being, over charged. A few days later I actually have received my over payment! So, not all doom and gloom!

This company is beyond bad. No contact no customer service no item arrived now trying to get money back through PayPal

I purchased two dresses from this website. It took over 3 weeks to receive them. When they arrived the size & fit were not suitable. I ordered a UK 14 & I think they are more like a UK 16 & quite short in the body.
I requested to return the items for a refund (within 14 days of receipt of the product) and they are now refusing. Instead suggesting that I gift the items to someone else.
Absolutely terrible customer service & as far as I’m aware illegal to refuse a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered on the 20th March, still haven't received my goods. Company refuse to give refund. Really bad customer service.

DO NOT BUY OR ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY. FACEBOOK SHOULD STOP ADVERTISING THEIR PRODUCTS. Purchased reading glasses. Glasses arrived faulty, unable to open out one of the arms. Also although I selected the reading strength they said I required for my age group, they were far too strong and I cannot use. No good trying to talk to them as they take no notice of your complaint - just keep responding saying there is nothing wrong and they sent what you asked for. I am now left with rubbish glasses and out of pocket.
