The Cinema Society Club Arvostelua 

Having lived and worked in France, the UK even the USA in the Hospitality Industry, private Service, Commerce, Retail, the CAB, Mentoring, Commerce and much more, I am in awe of their Customer Service.

We had to have some tickets replaced because of a small unforeseen health hiccup with my wife and they did!

Yes, human customer service when usually going the extra mile does beat ANY AI!

I purchased vouchers for me and my daughter to go to the cinema today, Mother’s Day. I didn’t check previously as in their website it states you are saving money through their vouchers and silly me just went with it. But what’s my surprise when I went to the Odeon site to purchase the tickets and I realised it would have beed cheaper to buy the tickets without the vouchers, just straight from their site. An adult and child ticket on odeon website is £18 but I paid £22.98 instead by using the vouchers. Totally misleading service and very disappointing. Feel totally scammed

Paying £5 more to use a savings voucher rather than going to cinema directly for 2 people after booking fee. I would argue that's a scam and not a saving. Won't be using again.

If this happens to anyone else take a look at the cinemas societies price guarantee but don't expect it to be better than if you book direct or use another method to find a voucher

Initially the worthwhile reduction in cost to watching a film at Odeon. Then the easy and quick response I needed for a query - wouldn't hesitate to recommend joining this Society - I shall look forward to going more often now to watch a film. Its not often you get an opportunity such as this.

I bought a voucher from The Cinema Society (TCS), but it didn’t work when I tried to use it on the cinema’s website. I contacted TCS by email on a Sunday and received a reply within two hours acknowledging the issue and asking for some time to investigate. Around four hours later, the problem was fully resolved. I was also offered a refund, which I declined. Overall, the issue was handled quickly and professionally.

Great prices and options. Definitely help to make cinema experiences more affordable. And the customer service team is brilliant, quick and easy to solve all questions. I would definitely recommend using their services

Joined the Cinema Society a few months ago and really pleased with the ease of buying tickets and redeeming them at our local Odeon cinema. Much cheaper than buying direct from the cinema. The emails giving details of new films and trailers to watch are very helpful in choosing a film to see.

Does not offer any discounts, everytime I go on it says purchasing direct will be cheaper absolutely pointless

I've been using the club for years through membership of a twins charity. Two days ago my sons came down with a vomiting bug at the very last minute so contacted Cust Services at Cinema Society in the hope they would reissue the vouchers. They could not have been more helpful and understanding - and prompt! Cinema is expensive for families so I hugely appreciate the discounts (its the difference between my kids being able to enjoy or not), and in this case, the flexibility and ease that they showed.

Easy to use and useful savings to be had for regular or occasional cinema visitors. Keep the big screen alive at a discount.

A great way to “escape” any situations or circumstances outside…leave them outside the front door and enjoy the film. Booking was so easy. But unfortunately my Bank card had been fraudulently used and so l asked the friendly staff to assist in paying via another method, until my new card arrived. Much appreciated! 👍

Very easy and quick to book cinema ticket vouchers. Cineworld tickets are about 40% cheaper. Vue and Odeon are not a great deal to purchase from here so should give a 4 star however giving a 5 star rating due to the customer service. The customer care is very prompt and quick in responding. I accidentally order tickets for the wrong day and then emailed the customer care who replied back and refunded me the ticket amount in less than an hour.

Cineworld happened to cancelled the showing that I had used my Cinema Society vouchers for; I contacted the Cinema Society support and they were able to resolve smoothly in literally under an hour. Exemplary service! The Cinema Society is excellent for frequent cinema goers looking to get the best prices for their tickets.

Had a problem with booking the cinema. I emailed Computer Society and they responded within the hour even though it was a Sunday.

Very pleased with the outcome.
