I sent money on Western Union then they totally ghosted me. Complete scam, always check negative reviews cause the 5 stars seem fake ngl

TOTAL SCAM. Once they got payment communication stopped.

Placed order 6/12/2025, Sent payment via Western Union, contacted for status 3 times, 2 responses saying they will look into issues, 7/18/2025, still no cigs. COMPLETE FRAUD. Should've known when no address or phone number on web site... just too hopeful in getting a good deal, learn a lesson from me STEER CLEAR of these folks!

A couple months ago I submitted a 5 star review for Ciggyboss because my first experience with them was very good.
I've left that initial review below.

I used to LOVE clove cigarettes, and haven't been able to find them for years, but recently just made my first purchase from Ciggyboss. I was surprised to learn that this product cost substantially LESS than my regular cigarettes. They were very helpful by email and walked me through how to make the payment, and I was able to make my 2nd purchase with them the other day very easily. The product arrived in the time frame they promised. I will be continuing to order from Ciggyboss on a regular basis.

UPDATE as of 7/22/25:
Great first experience with Ciggyboss, so I ordered again on 6/26/25. A couple weeks later my order hadn't arrived, so I emailed their customer service. They did not reply. It has now been nearly 4 weeks. I have emailed them 4 times, and I have not received a reply. They have my $, I do not have the product I ordered. I don't mind problems and mistakes; these things happen. I don't even think this is a scam. I assume something legitimate went wrong because I did get my first order. I paid, I don't have the product, but the real problem is they aren't doing anything to remedy the situation, and they have thus far for 2 weeks now ignored my 4 emails.

I was honestly surprised by how fast my order arrived—way quicker than expected! CiggyBoss really delivers on both speed and reliability. The prices are some of the lowest I’ve seen online, and everything came in perfect condition. Definitely ordering again!
