Paid for Overnight Shipping, Received Dry Cigars
I’ll be honest, I’m very disappointed with the Sweet Janes I received. I paid extra for overnight shipping because I assumed the cigars would arrive in excellent condition and ready to smoke. Unfortunately, nearly every Sweet Jane cracks when I use a cutter on it, making them difficult to enjoy without damaging the wrapper.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I ordered Factory Smokes by Drew Estate at the same time, and those arrived in perfect condition. They cut cleanly and smoke exactly as expected.
Considering I spent over $270+ on this order, I feel like the money was wasted on the Sweet Janes. I love the cigar itself and have bought many boxes before, but the condition these arrived in was unacceptable. I expected much better, especially after paying for expedited shipping.
I hope customer service reaches out because I’d really like a resolution.

PayPal got rejected as too unsecure
Shop offers PayPal as accepted payment option, yet refunded my payment and asked me to initiate a wire transfer, because PayPal is too unsecure.
No disclaimer whatsoever on their website regarding the availability of payment options based on specific order details.
