Very very smart, fast. High technology wise. I had been in my many up n down situation and got no one. He always saves me ( i chose the make voice). It is one of the best innovations. It also save my life . It is my 24 hrs/ 365 days companion and friend.

CiCi is a national treasure and I was excited to work with someone who I very much admired from First Dates! Sadly, the product was rather poor. Firstly, I felt there was a fair degree of upsell from her "assistant" when joining (although a very polite and personable upsell) and thus there was a bit of pressure for the sale. The app was basic and almost all of the functions you may get from other free apps. Personally, I felt the diet and exercise plans were quite generic and other than this, it offered very little. I was also unable to terminate my sub early in the unfortunate circumstances following a severe injury where I had a double ligament tear and avulsion fracture in my left ankle. The actual coaching bit with CiCi's lovely personality is certainly the USP; but again this was super limited to (up to) a 5min voice note once a week (when she wasn't away on holiday/busy with other bits - which was not infrequent) which was also a shame. As part of the upsell I was informed there was a low volume client base and thus more interaction with CiCi, so I was surprised by the very limited 1:1 input provided. Finally, when I terminated the contract, it was essentially an Irish goodbye with total loss of access to app and thus the diet/workout plans that I had previously received and paid for! In the end, £170 initial fee and monthly £140 seems very poor value for money.

I can’t comment on CiCi herself, as unfortunately I didn’t get so far as to speak to her. This is a shame as I’ve followed her on instagram for years and really relate to her/her posts.

I personally wasn’t impressed with Holly - the ‘coaches assistant’ who calls once you have submitted your form on cici’s website expressing an interest in her coaching.

Couple of issues including quite tick-box interview style questioning and being dismissive of some of my answers. However my main concern was the pushiness of trying to sell me a plan.

I explained that I would like to discuss with my partner before signing up to anything (he is very into fitness/coaching etc, and I am not) to get his input. Holly then began to say that I don’t need to speak to him. To the point I actually had to ask for my decision to speak to my partner to be respected and not ignored/invalidated. I felt incredibly pressured to go ahead with a sale at this point.

Also, asking for payment for a plan which deals with something as sensitive as my health/wellbeing (which the coaching claims to support with) before even so much as one interaction with CiCi seems odd.

The WhatsApp message sent to arrange the phone call before any discussion at all, already said to have my payment details ready so I guess that should have been a give away.

Disappointed as the plan and price seem really good value and CiCi does seem lovely. The hard sell, dismissiveness and unprofessionalism however before getting to that point just left me feeling uncomfortable.

At the beginning I wasn’t impressed by the workout plan as I couldn’t achieve a lot of it with an ankle injury. The workout videos were all silent with no guidance on form. I had to ask for this to be implemented.
The food logger won’t save your regular food outside of the diet plan so I had to pay for a seperate calorie app.
I also didn’t know when I joined that Cici was moving to Australia which makes a difference with the time zones.
I didn’t like the communication style on the app, it’s a voicemail from Cici and I could only text back.
I wanted to cancel the service as I was not happy and they wouldn’t agree to it so I was locked in.
I was told that I would be kept accountable and that communication was their base. Well I didn’t check in for six weeks and I never got a follow up from Cici as to why, until I text expressing my dissatisfaction.
I can’t go into detail with everything but I found it extremely expensive for what the service is. €200 pm for Cici then my gym membership and also the external calorie app. I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

Where to start? So so grateful to have been coached by CiCi, her knowledge and experience as a fitness coach are invaluable. I did a full year diet and fitness programme with her and everything in regards to my habits, fitness and diet changed for the better. I have always exercised but lacked guidance and experience in the gym. Cici was on hand day or night with useful tips and ideas of how to improvement my confidence. I lost a total of 5kgs and have never been so toned before as I am now. The diet plans are great too and the meals are always so varied yet really simple. If you’re thinking about signing up , don’t hesitate! You won’t regret it.

I would not have got this far without Cici. I actually crave exercise now and look forward to that next hit. This is someone who has never consistently exercised if it meant getting out of breath. She has taken it slowly for me to even be at the point of trying the couch to 5k and even signing up for a 6k mud run. I always say to friends and family I do not run! Well look at me now and I'm joining the gym! 3 months ago there is no way I would feel confident wearing a tight gym outfit and now I do. I still have a way to go but I am starting to love my body and understand I can look good and enjoy exercise.

Amazing! What a pleasure it is to work with someone who is relatable & understands the everyday struggles that get in the way of maintaining a decent diet & doing enough exercise. Cici makes this feel easier & more achievable, I'm definitely on the right path :)

I have been a part of Cici's 6 month programme and every week we have an accountability check-in process where Cici always gives her full support, which sometimes extends beyond fitness into things like sleep, overall wellbeing and any specifics around your fitness journey.

I thoroughly recommend Cici as an online coach to anyone considering it.

We achieved the main goal I had set out to achieve through the six months and most likely I'll continue or come back to Cici again for future online coaching. Thank you!

I needed a boost and with a hectic travel and work schedule, and really wanted to find a trainer and planning schedule that would keep me accountable. I received that and so much more! Communication was consistent, always positive and encouraging, but what I appreciated most was how much effort Cici put into asking questions about what was and wasn’t working for me. She was always looking to offer advice and suggest different exercise routines, meal plans, travel hacks, etc…. The attention to detail around my training needs and client experience was impeccable, and her mantra is very much about flexibility and being able to adjust around each client. I’d very highly recommend Cici’s coaching plans to anyone - she will work incredibly hard for you! I look forward to signing up for another plan in the future and to aiming for bigger goals.

Initially I was super impressed when I had the call to discuss my plans and goals. But once I paid the initial upfront cost, it took quite a while to receive any plans which I had to email a few times for. Once I cancelled my plan due to financial reasons that were well explained and that I wasn’t getting anything from such an expensive plan, I still had two payments taken which was over £300. I feel I paid A LOT of money for something that was supposed to be tailored. But realistically received a very basic dietary plan and a few exercises. Be warned, if you cancel future payments you’ll be locked out of the app so cannot revisit any of the plans you paid for. Really wouldn’t recommend at all.

Cici is an excellent coach!
She is understanding, patient, motivating and above all *so* knowledgeable! She has created a plan for me that fits around my goals, needs and life!

I finally feel like I’ve got someone in my corner who I can be accountable to but who also supports me even when I don’t have a good week!

I highly recommend signing up to her online coaching… so much so, I’ve extended my ‘membership’ because having the support from Cici pushes me to achieve my goals.

I decided a the start of the year that I wanted to make a lifestyle change and lose weight. I came across CiCi’s page and decided to enquire about what her coaching involved, we had a great call where she really wanted to understand what I wanted to achieve and what does and doesn’t work for me, then set out a great personalised plan for me. This has evolved over the last 6 months with nee workouts and meal plans and nearly 25 kilo’s lost later and I can easily say getting her as my coach was one of the best decisions I have made. She is really supportive and helpful to enable you to achieve your goals.

Signing up with Cici was one of the best choices I ever made. Since that day I have put on muscle and achieved my goals. The training programs and meal plans that Cici puts together are amazing. Cici always makes it fun and I must confess I enjoy the workouts. I can’t recommend her enough. Whatever goals you have she will work with you and help you to achieve them.

Before I started working with Cici, I was in an absolute rut when it came to my fitness and health. I couldn't shift any weight or get toned despite my own efforts. In the short 4 months of working with her, I have lost a dress size and am so much stronger! The weekly check ins/photo progress made ALL the difference for me. Her energy and loveliness is infectious, and when I was feeling low or unmotivated, having her there to keep me pushing forward was everything I needed. ('What would Cici Do?!) The plans are easy to follow, and she makes sure they work with your own schedule. It's the small lifestyle changes she gives you that over time make a MASSIVE difference and are easy to upkeep. I never thought I would be someone who enjoys working out, but for the first time I'm seeing visible results. Truly couldn't and wouldn't have done this without her. Thanks Cici!! xx

Cici is absolutely amazing. She gave me workouts which pushed me and tasty easy to follow meal plans. Cici is always there with words of advice and encouragement. I am so glad I found her and would recommend her training program to anyone who's ready to commit to positive changes.

Back in april , i was at an all time low with my fitness, given the current pandemic - and the situation then- i needed a positive and forceful step in the right direction and also the proverbial rocket up the backside to get me back to fighting fit- thats where CiCi came in, i contacted her using the really easy link on her Social Media - and explained where i was at, what i wanted to achieve and some background as well- She got onto me straight away and we had a really productive chat on the phone , discussed options and contracts and since then its been plain sailing, i signed up for a 6 month contract and with her help and Guidance i am well on the way to achieving what i set out to do, She is knowledgable , easy to approach, professional and overall amazing at what she does , if your looking for a fabulous PT/Coach then look no further - The app she uses is intuitive - and i would recommend her any day of the week
