Ciao Italy Tours Arvostelua

We were introduced to Ciao Italy through our amazing Travel Agent Laura Indelicato from Solamar Travel Bureau on Staten Island, N.Y. We told our Agent Laura that we wanted to go on a first-time family vacation to Venice, Rome, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. We worked with Laura and Ciao Italy for many months and they put together an amazing itinerary. They planned many tours and Laura made numerous restaurant reservations at the most delicious and home cooked restaurants in all the regions of Italy that we visited. All were so fantastic that we still can't stop talking about them. From start to finish our trip was just perfect. We had private drivers to pick us up and bring us to our destination always on time. All the people that were associated with Ciao Italy were very knowledgeable, professional and they all became our private tour guides and friends. This made our trip so enjoyable. The Hotels suggested by our Travel Agent were all top-notch, service impeccable with the most gorgeous views and all the breakfasts so delicious. We can't thank Laura Indelicato and Ciao Italy enough for working so hard and diligently in putting together such an amazing and a most memorable family vacation. A million thanks for a trip of a lifetime. We will definitely call Laura Indelicato and Ciao Italy for our next family vacation to Italy or any other vacation. Heartfelt Appreciation, The DeAngelis Family

Every aspect of our adventure was wonderful. The venues visited, our guides, the hotels and particularly our driver for the week, Fabio. He was informative, courteous, always on time and a very safe driver.

Ciao Italy Tours makes me shine with customized Italy itineraries. They are very responsive to generating quotes and adjusting to satisfy my clients. My clients always rave about their trip to Italy!

Fabiana did a fabulous job planning our trip to Puglia, She was very attentive to our needs and very familiar with the area. Our tours were great! I would highly recommend her and Ciao tours.

The trip and the arranged accommodations were perfect. The easy access to the history the food was spectacular. We never had to wait for transportation, and we were promptly greeted be yet another "crazy" Italian driver. I enjoyed the symphony of how the Italians deal with insane motor vehicle traffic on ancient streets. My wife not so much.
Grate job team!!!! Tina was awesome everything ,was as advertised. The Islands in the bay of Naples are indelibly etched in our minds.
Thankyou Eric and Janis C.

Working with Fabiana at Ciao Italy was truly a pleasure! As a travel advisor, I work with many different vendors, and I know firsthand that the experience isn’t always seamless — but Fabiana made everything so easy from start to finish.

She helped me put together an incredible Italy itinerary for one of my honeymoon couples, and the trip turned out absolutely amazing. My clients came home saying they had the trip of a lifetime and could not stop raving about their experience.

I truly owe so much of that to Fabiana’s help, knowledge, attention to detail, and the care she put into planning their itinerary. Having a trusted partner like her makes such a difference, not only for me as an advisor, but ultimately for my clients as well.

I would absolutely recommend working with Fabiana and Ciao Italy, and I look forward to planning many more trips together!

Thank you for the most wonderful trip. My husband and I didn't have to think about anything. You took care of everything for us, from the pickups and the train rides to booking us on the best tours. Oh, and the hotels you choose for us were fantastic. Your tour guides are professional, kind, and oh so patient. We will be going back to Italy and booking everything with you.

Thank you so very much for your expertise.
Ciao

We had two tours and a transport from the hotel to the ship scheduled with Ciao Italy Tours. All three went very well. Great communication, great tour guides.

From the beginning to the end our trip was more than magical.

We had three tours organized by Ciao Italy Tours and they were each wonderful! The guides were veterans: knowledgeable, engaging, and authentic. Drivers were on time and safe. We will use Ciao Italy Tours again and again!

You made our trip effortless and truly enjoyable!

Ciao Italy tours was great during our entire trip. Anytime we had a question or an issue, they were a quick WhatsApp message away to clarify information from our itinerary. They also helped solve some hotel issues when we ran into them during our trip. They went above and beyond and couldn’t recommend them higher for your next trip to Italy.

Great custom trip for two ladies who were thrilled with their Italy tour.
Caio Italy was fabulous to handle rail strike
And reissue tickets and reschedule many pieces of their trip. Real professionals,

Ciao Italy did an amazing job planning our touring plans, down to every detail. As someone who usually plans everything themself, it was refreshing to leave the planning to someone else. Transfers were all on time and professional, tours and their guides were accurate and enjoyable, and it was all built for us. In Venice, our guide Laura was amazing, it was like she was our personal city guide. She went above and beyond helping us navigate our private water taxi transfers and train departure on our last day. In Rome, the Food Tour and Golf Cart tour exceeded our expectation, and highly recommend these. When our train took an hour long detour due to track work and we risked missing a tour, through Ciao Itaty's What's App chat feature, we were able to communicate our concerns and Ciao Italy's representive was able to contact the tour operator and move it to another day. My only criticism is on our glass blowing demonstration, which was amazing, we felt like the next 30+ minutes was a sales pitch to buy an item in their showroom. Regardless of this, I will definitely recommend Ciao Italy's when planning an Itailan Adventure!

Transfers were spot on. Very friendly and helpful. Tours were wonderful. Guides very knowledgeable. Excellent wine tour

With so many choices when booking travel, I can always trust Ciao Italy for a great outcome.

We had a day tour of Pisa, a winery, San Gimiganano and Siena. Basically we got bused and dropped off at each site. I saw other tour guides giving detailed information about the site and its significant. We got
dumped and given very little information. It was so disappointing to hear so little about the site and its significance. We didn't have enough time to go in catherial. Again at San Gimiganano we were dropped off at the location with no background or history from our tour guide. Why are we paying for a tour if we get no guidance of what is important to look for? The winery was ok, the wines did not really taste good. And the wines were overpriced for the value. The most disappointment came when we were told that we were not going into the catherial in Siena. No explanation of what was in the catherial and no guide. Our local tour guide was also disappointing. I paid out of pocket to get into the catherial and had no guidance. I had to look it up in the internet.
If we want to get a ride to places we would just get a bus ticket not book a tour. So very disappointing.

I worked with Renee to create several different trips for clients traveling for the first time to Italy. She made the process seamless and was so quick to be able to get answers. She kept me updated every step along the way with changes, etc. She was TRULY the best I've ever worked with!

Short notice trip was amazing!
We did a last minute trip to Italy - Rome and Florence and Ciao Italy tours pulled together an amazing trip for us. All the details were handled and the hotels they picked were fabulous and in great locations!

They were available for questions when in Italy and had great communication. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had a wonderful day tour of Cinque Terre with Chiara from Ciao Italy Tours booked through ItalyTours.eu. She was very pleasant & showed us the 5 beautiful towns without rushing us. She was our guide as well as just a driver & she couldn't have been more pleasant. Best of all, we had some time left before we had to return to our ship, so she surprised us with a visit to Pisa which was not a scheduled stop. She pulled into town & stopped, telling us we won't have enough time to see the leaning tower; then she pulled the van up a few yards & there was the tower. April fools! It was in fact April 1. Thanks for a great day Chiara.
