Amazing once again!
Amazing once again!! This is my 2nd order and I couldn’t be happier! Ordering is easy, it arrived within 2-3 days as fresh as if I had just purchased it that day. I will definitely be ordering again especially with the holidays around the corner.

I’m so disappointed
I’m so disappointed. The rainbow cookies tasted artificial not like mascarpone. The almond cookies were as dry as a dust and had no flavor. Even the cookies at whole foods are 100 times better the S shaped cookies dipped in chocolate were so sweet I had no other flavor. Again I’m so disappointed. Do you think you get cookies from the bakery? They would be exceptional. Nope.

Rather Disappointed
I purchased olive and prosciutto breads. I tasted the prosciutto bread. It was ok but I didn’t like the chunks of the prosciutto throughout the bread. I never got the chance to try the olive bread, because BOTH breads grew mold after a day or so! There were no instructions to refrigerate, which I should have done. But my grocery fresh baked breads do not spoil so quickly when left on the counter. My money was totally wasted!

As stated on our website, we use only the freshest ingredients on all of our baked goods, meaning we use NO preservatives in any of our breads. Our breads are made the true "old world" Italian baking way. We sincerely apologize for not including refrigeration instructions on your package, however, should you ever have any questions you may always refer to our website. The cookies didnt taste good and the bread has mold on it. I contacted customer service and no one is calling me back.

Ciao Michael, We are sorry to hear you disliked our rainbow cookies. I see on our end that a refund has been issued for the prosciutto bread. I also see that you contacted us via instagram and a contact form, in the future please use sales@ciaocookieny.com for any issues regarding your order as stated on your invoice. With regards to the prosciutto bread, we sent it as a courtesy despite not usually delivering to a mail box, that being said, based on our records from the time the bread was delivered to the time you contacted our team, entirely too much time had passed for a perishable item. We pack all of our breads accordingly based on travel distance with the necessary ice packs etc.
We are truly sorry you were so dissatisfied with our products and service. Thank you for choosing Ciao Cookie.

Your customer service was so helpful and efficient! My order was sent immediately with no question. The rainbow cookies were so moist and fresh…like homemade, delicious.

The bread was awesome
The bread was awesome. Ordered with some skepticism (coming from the Bronx) and always having the best. However it tasted like home. Alittle expensive but we loved it. Will order again.
Came very quickly too.
