I purchased some golf head covers back in April which were nothing like described
They were plastic not leather and had Velcro fastening instead of magnetic catches.
Wrote to complain and got fantastic replies obviously done on AI but nothing resolved.
Don’t waste your money dealing with this company.

SCAM!! Run away as fastpossible!! You buy, they send something in 5% value if ... FRAUD!!

It’s a scam.

No, really. A full-on scam, born of the dreaded “Facebook ads for absolute tat that you don’t need, from lands who give not a jot about anyone else’s laws, nor the illegality of their actions”. Of which Mr Z gets his cut, I am damn sure.

No surprises, really. I took a chance, paying for their “Digital Ink e-notebook”, showing a tablet & stylus, with memory, handwriting reading, etc, etc. I paid my money (not much, £20, I’m not that much of a mug - honest!), and received… paper. A pack of small notebook paper, loose leaf some lined and some with crosses on them.

In short, it’s fraud. Literal fraud. Personation of services, which the seller has no intent of supplying.

Avoid, people. One self-confessed (and yet unsurprised) mug is surely more than enough.

AVOID.

I ordered some off brand remarkable type (E-ink) tablets. 13.3 inch screen comes with stylus, usb-c, user manual and e-ink pad. I literally received two pads of paper.... two pads of writing paper. This site is a fraudulent site. He has sold over 3k of these and sending out tablets of paper!!??? He has made over 75k scamming people just on this e-ink tablet alone. I wish I would have come here first!

Do not purchase the "E-Ink Digital Notebook" from this store. This listing is a total trap designed to lure buyers in with high-end, unrealistic hardware specifications that are completely impossible to deliver at a $27.58 price point. They advertise a massive 13.3-inch 300 PPI display, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage—features that belong on a professional $500+ device.In reality, you will either receive a cheap, non-electronic kids' plastic writing toy or absolutely nothing at all. Their stated 12-to-20 business day delivery window is completely unreliable, and international packages routinely stall or go entirely missing in transit.Worse yet, their customer support email completely ignores all cancellation and refund requests, while their hidden refund policy deliberately blocks returns on "sale items" to avoid giving your money back.If you have already ordered this notebook, do not waste your time trying to email their customer service. SCAMMER. They ship items that are completely different from the descriptions, and in fact, the prices on the site are much lower than all the others. Stay away.

Sent the wrong item, a significantly lower value one, and admitted responsibility, then went into pattern responses to evade and return refund or remedy for the situation. This dragged on for approaching 3 months. I've now submitted a credit card claim...

Terrible service and a fake website.
They advertised an electronic flip plate and send you a mecano hinge. They will send some AI response and keep responding with no action only words. I have been emailing for 5 weeks with the same Ai generated response with no resolve to my order. I contacted the phone number and the person said they have nothing to do with the website. Scam

Ordered a flip number plate but was sent something completely different. I reported the error and over 6 weeks later I’m still getting excuses (that’s when they actually reply). Avoid using this company as you will only lose your money

I was sent a cheap tin licence plate holder, and NOT the electric flip plate I ordered. The company has been fobbing me off with excuse after excuse....Customer service department is sorting it etc...This is false. DO NOT order anything from this company.

I ordered something from that company. When I received it, it wasn’t what I ordered. I send them an email with the picture of the item that I ordered and a picture of the item I received and I didn’t receive any refund. Very bad customer service. Please don’t order nothing from that company!!!! 😡😡😡

Es wurde nicht das beworbene Produkt geliefert, sondern etwas anderes, viel billigeres. Absoluter Betrug, bloß die Finger davon lassen.
Sollte ein automatischer Gitarrenstimmer sein, kam nur ein billiges Stimmgerät.

So at the moment no many back and no communication- scamer

They posted a completely different standard of product than the one I ordered and when I asked about returning they just keep replying saying they are processing!!
