Ordered a made to measure piece. Customer service was brilliant. Gemma and Paul were very patient, whilst with their help, I finally decided what was the best option.
It was delivered to London personally, the driver carried it in and even screwed it together for me. The quality is great. Very happy!

Ordered two bookcases that were excellent quality and very good value for money. Impressed that they were able to deliver from North Yorkshire all the way down to Dorset for free, and their delivery driver was a real gentleman. Certainly plan to order more pieces of furniture from these guys.

I've ordered two bookshelves from Chronology and I was absolutely delighted - both are absolutely gorgeous and so obviously of good quality. They both make the whole room look fantastic - helping my house channel a rustic feel! I love how Chronology offers various different sizes of items so you can find items that work in unusual spaces e.g. a narrow nook, or a thin ledge on the side of your stairs. The stairs were extra awkward as I'm very short and needed to still be able to reach my books when I'm lower down on the stairs - I spent hours trawling the internet for an option that would work. But Chronology even has a solution for that with their staggered cube style bookshelf of varying lengths, so the shelves are very high at the top of the stairs and very low on the bottom, but also use the storage space fully length-wise. Martyn who delivers is also lovely and very kindly put the bookshelf in place both times, including in one very tight space up the side of the stairs. Great communication and service overall.

We bought a dining table from Chronology and couldn't recommend them enough, from start to finish excellent service.
We wanted quite a long table so Paul created us a bespoke length that seated 8 people. Gemma was friendly and helpful throughout. The quality of the table is outstanding. I can't wait to get the whole family together for a meal around our new dining table. We will definitely use chronology again in the future.

Just had my new dining table and custom storage unit and couldn't be happier. I contacted Chronology as I had seen their add on Facebook and really liked the look of their products. I needed a storage unit to fit into a tight space and after reaching out, Gemma came back to me with all the options for customising my unit. Gemma was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Everything was delivered within the expected time frames and both pieces are perfect. I am now saving up for a desk and cant wait to order it.

Bought two separate products ( desk initially then dining table/bench) and on both occasions, a great service and delivery was communicated well and on time so thanks John. We love the furniture and are delighted with the design and quality and after service advice on maintenance. Really can recommend as unique and well made.

Brilliant piece of furniture - it was exactly what I wanted. We’ve had a lot of compliments for the unit. The assembly was easier than expected as well. The customer service from Paul and Gemma was excellent. I’d definitely recommend purchasing items from Chronologystore.

Subsequent to my last review, I was contacted by Chronology who informed me that their emails in response to my complaint had gone astray. They offered to replace the damaged planks, which arrived yesterday.
Customer service agent, Paul, was very helpful and finally brought a satisfactory resolution to the problem.

We ordered a table and bench from Chronology and we couldn't be happier with our lovely new furniture. From our initial showroom visit and placing the order to the friendly delivery man - we were really impressed by the whole experience. We've had so many compliments about our dining area and we'll definitely be putting in an order for more matching items very soon.

Similar to above with regards to customer service.
This was the second time I’ve ordered from this company.
First time being a 5 shelf unit.
Second time was a 3 shelf unit.
Both units are solid and easy to assemble.
Customer service from “Gemma” was appalling.
For some unknown reason, my 2nd order was split into 2 parts. Needless and very odd.
One part was delivered on the specified day. When I emailed them, I was told it was out for delivery and then dismissively “it’s out of our control”.
Mmm, I beg to differ..when you pay Fed-Ex to provide a service, as they did, you are very much in control.
I guess Chronology/Gemma couldn’t be bothered.
2nd day unnecessarily wasted at home, for a parcel that should have been packed as one. (I was unable to contact Fed-Ex to arrange alternative dates etc.)
Avoid if you don’t want to waste your time and risk a delivery split over 2 days.

The desk is lovely and was just as described on the website. It was easy to complete the final assembly at home. If I was reviewing on the quality of the product alone it would be five stars. However, the estimate on the website was 3-4 weeks for delivery and it was double that with little communication or explanation for the delay. The online chat was not answered and the answer to my query about delivery date via email was just that it would be soon. On arrival there were two broken parts and one missing part and it took another three weeks for replacements for those to be sent through the post. If you don’t mind waiting 12 weeks you do get an excellent, sturdy and good looking piece of furniture.
